      Rédigé dans l'esprit des Épreuves Classantes Nationales, cet ouvrage est un véritable outil d'entraînement sur l'ensemble des items du programme de DCEM2-DCEM4. En complément du premier tome, il propose 51 dossiers transversaux répartis en 17 épreuves, chaque épreuve comptant 3 dossiers. Chaque dossier se présente de la façon suivante : - énoncé du cas clinique, - questions, - reprise des questions et réponses avec le barème indiqué entre crochets. Les auteurs ont choisi une correction par mots clés (et non rédactionnelle) dans un souci de clarté. Des commentaires viennent également enrichir le contenu de l'ouvrage : les auteurs donnent des informations médicales complémentaires, qui n'entrent pas dans le barème de notation mais qu'il est néanmoins utile de connaître pour la pratique médicale. Enfin, les items du programme concernés par les dossiers sont listés avec leur numéro en fin de chaque dossier. Cette 2e édition a été entièrement actualisée suivant les dernières recommandations et comporte une complète mise à jour des dossiers.
