The Journal emphasizes cutting edge practical clinical information for practitioners that they can use in everyday practice or will help them acquire new knowledge or skills they can directly apply to patient care. Mechanistic or translational studies without immediate or near future clinical relevance and animal studies are not within the scope of the Journal.Content All JACI: In Practice content is peer-reviewed. The Journal welcomes original research articles that fit into the above scope. For each Original Article, a highlight box indicates what is already known about this subject, what this study adds, and how the new information impacts current management guidelines.
