Applied Corpus Linguistics
Corpus linguistics (CL) is a rapidly growing area of research worldwide, and CL techniques and approaches to large scale textual data analysis are being adopted and extended in a wide range of contexts. Corpus research is no longer confined primarily to the study of linguistics and to generalised language description but is now applied in diverse fields, such as forensic linguistics, social policy studies, food studies, anthropology, writing development studies, translation and interpreting, and the analysis of corporate and government communications. With this broadening of the range of applications of corpus methods and frameworks has come a need for a journal in which studies and reports can be brought together for an audience of researchers and practitioners that are interested in the range of applications of corpus linguistics. The role of Applied Corpus Linguistics is to provide a forum for further theorisation of corpus data analysis techniques, for the sharing of case studies and of new methods, and to advance the development and consolidation of applied corpus linguistics as a major force in social research. The journal welcomes contributions in the form of full length research articles, discussion papers, short technical papers and book reviews. While the emphasis is on applications rather than on theorisations, it is expected that all studies will be adequately theorised. As the intended readership extends beyond corpus linguistics, however, the focus must be on application and on communication of content to a non-specialist reader. Papers reporting technical innovations and novel data visualisation methods (for demonstrably effective communication) are encouraged. It is recognised that 'applied' is a term that defies easy definition. Within this journal, 'applied corpus linguistics' is understood to include the use of corpus resources, techniques and tools in order to do something in a real-world context such as to carry out authorship attribution in a legal setting, or to identify the features of test-taker oral performances at different proficiency levels; to explore patterning in public discourses, or to obtain fresh understandings of how language is used in specific contexts. 'Applied corpus linguistics' additionally covers research into how groups of people (typically non-researchers) use corpus resources for their own particular purposes, such as in data-driven language learning or in lexicography. Reports on the development of corpus techniques, tools and resources may also be included provided that the potential applications are made both clearly evident and accessible.- ISSN: 2666-7991

Learning, Culture and Social Interaction
Affiliated with European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction (EARLI)Much of the most important learning happens through social interaction. Learning, Culture and Social Interaction is an international journal devoted to the publication of high-quality research on learning within, and through, social practices. Its particular focus is on understanding how learning and development are embedded in social and cultural activities, and how individuals and collective practices are transformed through learning.Such understanding requires a careful analysis of learning in social context, and of the communicative processes involved. In-depth studies of interaction in schools (in various subjects and settings), universities, work-places, voluntary organizations, public agencies, hospitals, laboratories and other institutional settings will be welcome, as well as studies of informal settings such as everyday conversations, play settings, youth clubs, games and other cultural practices. Longitudinal studies of learning trajectories are relevant as are analyses of contexts and interactional patterns that hinder learning. The important point is that the relationships between cultures, social interaction and learners (and teachers) are in focus. The term 'interaction' includes forms of communication which take place through technologies of various kinds (telephone, the Internet, presentation technologies and so on). Interaction between people and artefacts, insofar as they address learning, are also relevant. Thus, the focus is not exclusively on face-to-face interaction. Also, issues of collective forms of learning characterizing systematic change, institutional development and communities of practice are central for the journal. The journal is multidisciplinary and invites scholars from relevant disciplines including psychology, anthropology, linguistics, sociology, communication studies and all areas of educational research. Data may come from ethnographies, experimental approaches, intervention studies, case studies, interviews, questionnaires, self-reports, cross-cultural comparisons, archives etc. Articles of different kinds will be welcome: reports of empirical research, theoretically orientated analyses, contributions to method, literature reviews, meta-analyses of research etc. There will be no restrictions when it comes to age levels or social settings. A strong expectation will be that authors write clearly and accessibly for an international and multidisciplinary audience.- ISSN: 2210-6561

Body Image
Body Image is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality, scientific articles on body image and human physical appearance. Body image represents a person's "inside view" of their body-that is, their feelings, perceptions, thoughts, and beliefs about their body that impact how they behave toward it (Cash, 2004). While physical appearance is an important aspect of body image, it is not the only aspect, as embodiment (how a person uses their body to engage with the world) and focusing on (and appreciating) body functionality are additional aspects of body image. We invite contributions from a broad range of disciplines - psychological science, other social and behavioral sciences, and medical and health sciences. We have a weight-inclusive focus rather than a weight-normative or weight-centric focus (see here for an explanation).Body Image publishes a variety of article types, including original research articles, brief research reports, theoretical and review papers (systematic reviews and meta-analyses), scale development and adaptation articles, replication studies, protocol articles, methodological innovations that could be used to advance body image research, unexpected/null results articles, and ideas worth researching. We encourage articles that center minoritized populations. Consistent with the Open Science initiative, we publish articles based on a strong theoretical rationale and scientific design rather than whether findings are statistically significant. We also encourage review-based and empirical-based special issues, especially those that bridge subfields and disciplines.Suitable topics for submission of manuscripts include (but are not limited to):The effects of body image and physical characteristics (e.g., body size, attractiveness, physical disfigurements or disorders) on psychological functioning, interpersonal processes, and quality of life;Body image and physical appearance in the full range of medical and allied health contexts;Body image in diverse cultural contexts;Development... validation, and adaptation (e.g., translation) of assessments of the body image construct;Factors that influence positive and negative body image development;Stigmati... and discrimination based on appearance and/or body function;Adaptive and maladaptive body image processes and their clinically relevant consequences on psychosocial functioning and quality of life;Relationship of body image to behavioral variables (e.g., exercise and other physical activity, eating and weight-control behaviors, grooming and appearance-modifying behaviors, and social behaviors); How body image may shape the ways we engage our bodies with the world (i.e., embodiment);Scientif... evaluation of interventions to promote positive body image or to prevent or treat body image difficulties and disorders.Impartiali... statement regarding citations. We, the editorial team, strongly encourage authors to cite the highest quality work believed to be most relevant to their article; we are impartial to the use of citations from Body Image versus other journals. We review and accept articles based on their scientific rationale, merits, design, analysis, and interpretation rather than the source of their citations.Note regarding string citations. We encourage authors to avoid excessive string citations, whereby multiple citations support a single statement, finding, or proposition, when such citations would be superfluous. In many cases, one citation will suffice, and this citation should be the best supporting reference for that statement, finding, or proposition. All important previous work can be included, and if a cite is important, there often will be additional text that accompanies it. Please note that we are okay with the overall number of references.Of note, the recommendation to avoid string citations does not apply to:Statements that include more than one finding. For example, "Over the past 10 years, researchers in a number of countries have begun to explore the relationship between positive body image and psychological well-being" needs multiple citations because authors are referring to researchers and countries (both plural. However, reference to all work that has explored this relationship is probably not needed. As another example, "research shows that body dissatisfaction is correlated with disordered eating, anxiety, and depression" may include multiple citations, with different citations supporting different aspects of this statement.Systematic reviews and meta-analyses whereby the citations are linked to relevant themes/data that are included in the analysis. The presence of string citations alone is not a reason to reject an article. If submitted articles contain string citations, the editorial team will simply note this, and it will be up to the author to decide whether to retain or remove citations if asked to revise and resubmit their article. The journal gives an annual award for the best doctoral dissertation in this field.- ISSN: 1740-1445

Global Finance Journal
The Global Finance Journal publishes high quality original research in financial economics with a focus on global financial markets, international financial systems, and financial mechanisms with cross border relevance. The journal seeks contributions that advance understanding of how individuals, firms and financial markets operate in an increasingly integrated global economy. The journal welcomes research addressing important questions in financial economics, including the valuation of financial assets, corporate financial decisions, the functioning of financial institutions and markets, and the transmission of risk and capital across countries and regions.Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:Asset pricing and global cost of capital Corporate finance, capital structure, payout policy, mergers and acquisitionsBanking, financial intermediation, and central bankingCredit markets and fixed income securitiesInternatio... finance, exchange rates, and capital flowsFinancial market regulation and systemic stabilityRisk management, derivatives, and hedgingMarket microstructure and trading dynamicsEnergy, commodities, and real estate financeFinancial innovation, digital finance, and fintechBehavioral and experimental financeSustainable and climate related financeInstitutional investors and global asset allocationThe journal welcomes research employing theoretical modelling, rigorous empirical identification, structural estimation, experiments, AI and machine learning methods, and innovative data sources that generate economically meaningful and preferably policy relevant insights.Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor and a clear and original contribution to financial economics. Studies based on single country data are welcome when they provide insights that are broadly informative for financial markets, institutions, or policies beyond the specific institutional setting of a single jurisdiction. Purely descriptive analyses, narrowly institutional case studies without broader implications, and work outside the domain of finance are generally not considered.Editorial VisionThe Global Finance Journal is dedicated to being a premier outlet for research that deepens our collective understanding of financial markets and institutions within an increasingly integrated global economy. Today’s financial landscape is defined by the complex interplay of cross-border capital flows, rapid technological shifts, regulatory transitions, and shifting investor behaviour. Our mission is to publish rigorous research that illuminates these forces and explores their consequences for asset pricing, corporate finance, corporate governance, financial intermediation, and financial stability. We prioritize research that examines globally relevant financial mechanisms - whether through the lens of international datasets, comparative institutional analysis, or insights that extend beyond a single market. We welcome both theoretical and empirical contributions that leverage modern research methods, including structural modelling, experimental design, AI and machine learning, and the application of large-scale or alternative data sources.Above all, the journal serves as a vital bridge between academic inquiry and the practical realities of finance. By championing research that combines methodological rigor with real-world economic impact, the Global Finance Journal aims to advance the field of financial economics and to inform debates on financial policy, market design, and financial innovation.Equally central to the journal’s mission is a strong commitment to research integrity, transparency, and ethical scholarship. Submissions are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic conduct, including appropriate disclosure of data sources, transparent reporting of empirical methods, and full acknowledgement of prior work. Authors are encouraged, where feasible, to facilitate reproducibility and replicability through clear documentation of data construction, empirical procedures, and computational methods. The journal supports the broader movement in financial economics toward greater reproducibility, methodological transparency, and responsible use of data and research tools, including emerging computational techniques. Through these principles, the Global Finance Journal aims to promote research that is not only methodologically rigorous and intellectually innovative, but also transparent, credible, and valuable to the global finance research community.- ISSN: 1044-0283

Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science
The Journal of Contextual Behavioral Science is the official journal of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS).Contextual Behavioral Science is a systematic and pragmatic approach to the understanding of behavior, the solution of human problems, and the promotion of human growth and development. Contextual Behavioral Science uses functional principles and theories to analyze and modify action embedded in its historical and situational context. The goal is to predict and influence behavior, with precision, scope, and depth, across all behavioral domains and all levels of analysis, so as to help create a behavioral science that is more adequate to the challenge of the human condition.Contextual behavioral science is a strategic approach to the analysis of human behavior that proposes the need for a multi-level (e.g. social factors, neurological factors, behavioral factors) and multi-method (e.g., time series analyses, cross-sectional, experimental) exploration of contextual and manipulable variables relevant to the prediction and influence of human behavior. The journal considers papers relevant to a contextual behavioral approach including:Empirical studies (without topical restriction - e.g., clinical psychology, psychopathology, education, organizational psychology, etc.)Brief reports on preliminary, but still impactful findings (e.g., pilot studies, cross-sectional research on psychological flexibility processes)Reviews (e.g., scoping reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analyses)Concep... and philosophical papers on contextual behavioral sciencePractical innovations (descriptions of practical innovation applying contextual behavioral science)Commentaries... reportsWe are particularly interested in:Papers that examine theories and interventions based in CBS (e.g., process-based therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, relational frame theory, functional analytic psychotherapy, compassion-focused therapy, etc...) to novel research areas with rigorous methodologies. We currently are especially interested in increasing the number of published articles on basic CBS research and translational research.Papers bridging different approaches (e.g., connecting behavioral approaches with cognitive views; or neurocognitive psychology; or evolutionary science)Papers that challenge a contextual behavioral science approach from an informed perspectivePapers that are written from the perspective of and/or report data collected from diverse, underrepresented, and minoritized individuals. The journal welcomes papers written by researchers, practitioners, and theoreticians from different intellectual traditions. What is distinctive is not a narrowly defined theory or set of applied methods but whether the methodology, conceptualization, or strategy employed is relevant to a contextual behavioral approach.JCBS has been receiving an increasing number of submissions that compete for limited space for publication. A notable portion of submissions to JCBS are cross-sectional survey studies on psychological flexibility-related processes (e.g., validating these measures, testing their relation to mental health and related outcomes). In order to balance research on these topics with other important methodologies and research areas of CBS, we are unfortunately only able to accept especially innovative and rigorous research using cross-sectional survey designs, and typically only when submitted as a brief report.Special IssuesThe Journal welcomes suggestions for Special Issues. Proposals for a themed Special Issue should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief, Baljinder K. Sahdra at baljinder.sahdra@acu... and should include suggested Executive, Advisory or Guest Editors, a proposed call-for-papers, 6-10 provisional authors and topics (specific titles or general areas), a proposed timeline for submission, peer-reviewing, revision and publication. All manuscripts in a special issue will be subject to the normal process of peer-review.- ISSN: 2212-1447

Journal of Multinational Financial Management
International trade, financing and investments have grown at an extremely rapid pace in recent years, and the operations of corporations have become increasingly multinationalized. Corporate executives buying and selling goods and services, and making financing and investment decisions across national boundaries, have developed policies and procedures for managing cash flows denominated in foreign currencies. These policies and procedures, and the related managerial actions of executives, change as new relevant information becomes available. The purpose of the Journal of Multinational Financial Management is to publish rigorous, original articles dealing with the management of the multinational enterprise. Theoretical, conceptual, and empirical papers providing meaningful insights into the subject areas will be considered. The following topic areas, although not exhaustive, are representative of the coverage in this Journal.• Foreign exchange risk management • International capital budgeting • Forecasting exchange rates • Foreign direct investment • Hedging strategies • Cost of capital • Managing transaction exposure • Political risk assessment • International working capital management • International financial planning • International tax management • International diversification • Transfer pricing strategies • International liability management • International mergers.- ISSN: 1042-444X

Journal of Empirical Finance
The Journal of Empirical Finance is a financial economics journal whose aim is to publish high quality articles in empirical finance. Empirical finance is interpreted broadly to include any type of empirical work in financial economics, financial econometrics, and also theoretical work with clear empirical implications, even when there is no empirical analysis. The Journal welcomes articles in all fields of finance, such as asset pricing, corporate finance, financial econometrics, banking, international finance, microstructure, behavioural finance, etc.The Editorial Team is willing to take risks on innovative research, controversial papers, and unusual approaches. We are also particularly interested in work produced by young scholars. The composition of the editorial board reflects such goals. Editorial PolicyWe are committed to fast turnaround times. Since 2016, our goal is to make most decisions on first submissions within 10 weeks. All papers are handled by one of the main editors. For each paper, the editor chooses one of three options:The editor makes a decision on the paper without involving additional reviewers; The editor directly selects one or more ad hoc reviewers; The editor assigns the paper to an associate editor, who then selects one or more ad hoc reviewers and makes a recommendation to the editor. In all cases, the editor is responsible for the final decision on the paper. All first submissions require payment of a submission fee. The submission fee is not refundable. In particular, the submission fee will not be refunded if the paper is "desk rejected" (i.e. the editor rejects the paper without involving additional reviewers) or if the editors are unable to secure reviewers for the paper. We do not pre-screen papers or ideas; authors have to submit their papers and pay the submission fee to receive an evaluation. Please note that, due to the exceptionally large number of high-quality submissions, the hurdle is very high: we currently reject about 85% of all submissions, of which 40% are rejected by the editors without involving further reviewers and with no detailed feedback offered. We thus recommend authors to be conservative in their submission decisions, as most submissions will lead to rejection. As a guideline for authors, here we list some of the most common reasons for desk rejections (please note that this list is not exhaustive):The paper is a better fit for Accounting, Computational, Mathematical Finance, Operations, Statistics, or Econometrics journals. The paper is a better fit for academic journals with a more practitioner orientation. The topic or the application is too narrow, being of interest to only a small group of researchers. The quality of the analysis falls short of the standards expected by the Journal. The paper is poorly written and/or formatted.- ISSN: 0927-5398

Economic Systems
Published on behalf of the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies in collaboration with EACESEconomic Systems is a refereed journal publishing rigorous, policy-relevant research on how institutions, governance structures, and macro-financial policies shape economic outcomes across countries and regions. The journal’s core mission is to advance understanding of the functioning and transformation of real-world economic systems. The journal places particular emphasis on comparative, international, and system-level analysis, with a strong focus on economies undergoing structural change, integration, development, transition, or institutional reform. Contributions typically examine how economic policies and institutional arrangements jointly influence growth, stability, inequality, innovation, and financial development.Economic Systems primarily publishes empirically grounded research using robust quantitative methods, including panel and time-series econometrics, causal identification strategies, and empirically validated structural or semi-structural models. While both micro- and macro-level analyses are welcome, submissions must clearly speak to broader economic-system mechanisms rather than narrowly defined local or sectoral effects. The journal is especially interested in research addressing:- institutions, governance, and political economy;- monetary, fiscal, and macro-financial policies;- financial development, regulation, and integration;- structural reforms, globalization, and economic transformation;- inequality, innovation, human capital, and development within different institutional settings.Purely theoretical contributions are considered only when they are tightly anchored in real institutional contexts and offer clear, system-level or policy-relevant insights. Studies focused on a single country or case are in scope only if they generate findings of broader relevance for understanding economic systems more generally.Overall, Economic Systems aims to publish work that combines strong empirical standards with substantive contributions to debates on how economic systems function, evolve, and respond to policy interventions in a changing global economy.- ISSN: 0939-3625

Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation
Founded in 1992, the Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation (JIAAT) publishes research that advances our understanding of international accounting over a diverse range of topics and research methods. JIAAT articles deal with most areas of international accounting, including auditing, financial accounting, taxation, social and environmental accounting, and management accounting. The Journal welcomes research that utilizes a wide range of basic and applied research methods, including archival, experimental, survey, analytical, and case study. The Journal's founding goal was to bridge the gap between academic researchers and practitioners by publishing papers that are relevant to the development of the field of accounting. Within this context, submissions are expected to make a contribution to the academic accounting literature, including as appropriate the international accounting literature typically found in JIAAT and other primary US-based international accounting journals as well as in leading European, Australian, and Canadian academic accounting journals. Applied research findings, critiques of current accounting practices and the measurement of their effects on business decisions, and research-based essays on world affairs which affect accounting practice are all within the scope of the journal.Although the Journal welcomes a wide range of topics, papers may be rejected without being sent out for formal review if the paper is deemed outside of the scope of the journal, too narrow in interest or scope, of unacceptable written quality, or as not sufficiently adhering to the style requirements as outlined in the Guide for Authors. We strongly urge all authors interested in JIAAT to carefully read the Guide to Authors and to examine some of its more recently published articles. Examples of topics outside the scope of the journal include accounting education, attitudes about the implementation and use of software programs, and tax papers with an economics or finance focus rather than an accounting-related tax focus. Papers using a US sample must demonstrate a significant international accounting focus.- ISSN: 1061-9518

The journal publishes original research and reviews for the following scope: algal biology, including but not exclusive to: phylogeny, biodiversity, molecular traits, metabolic regulation, and genetic engineering, algal cultivation, e.g. phototrophic systems, heterotrophic systems, and mixotrophic systems, algal harvesting and extraction systems, biotechnology to convert algal biomass and components into biofuels and bioproducts, e.g., nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, animal feed, plastics, etc. algal products and their economic assessment.Papers in the latter topics should include characterization and analysis in support of such processes and technologies, for example: approaches to biorefinery and biomass characterization, sustainability assessments and analyses, such as techno-economic, life cycle, and resource assessments of systems and processes using algae as a main source of biomass. The journal will not consider manuscripts where the core concept is the experimental design (RSM, CCD or other) in the optimization of a process, or the biological activity of algae extracts without full characterization and identification of the compounds responsible for the bioactivity.Review articles, book reviews and commentaries should only be submitted after consultation with the editors.- ISSN: 2211-9264

Sports Economics Review
Sports Economics Review (SER) welcomes submissions that deal with various economic topics in the sports industry or manuscripts that use sports as a laboratory to study human behavior. The journal views sports economics as a part of economic science and welcomes sport related contributions from fields such as behavioral economics, development economics, finance, game theory, health economics, industrial organisation, labor economics, political economics, public economics, sports analytics, and urban economics. The journal is open to different research methodologies that are employed in general interest economic journals, as long as they are relevant to the topic and employed rigorously. Literature reviews that integrate findings from many studies are also welcome, but they should synthesize the literature in a useful manner and provide a substantial contribution beyond what the reader could get by simply reading the abstracts of the cited papers. In empirical work, it is important that the results are not only precise but also economically relevant. In addition, empirical papers are expected to follow a clear identification strategy. Papers should not be unnecessarily long. Short articles are also welcome. We acknowledge the importance of replication in science, thus we welcome manuscripts that try to replicate previous findings, as long as these manuscripts demonstrate the need for replication.- ISSN: 2773-1618

Fuzzy Sets and Systems
An International Journal in Information Science and Engineering Official Publication of the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA)Since its launching in 1978, the journal Fuzzy Sets and Systems has been devoted to the international advancement of the theory and application of fuzzy sets and systems. The theory of fuzzy sets now encompasses a well organized corpus of basic notions including (and not restricted to) aggregation operations, a generalized theory of relations, specific measures of information content, a calculus of fuzzy numbers. Fuzzy sets are also the cornerstone of a non-additive uncertainty theory, namely possibility theory, and of a versatile tool for both linguistic and numerical modeling: fuzzy rule-based systems. Numerous works now combine fuzzy concepts with other scientific disciplines as well as modern technologies. In mathematics fuzzy sets have triggered new research topics in connection with category theory, topology, algebra, analysis. Fuzzy sets are also part of a recent trend in the study of generalized measures and integrals, and are combined with statistical methods. Furthermore, fuzzy sets have strong logical underpinnings in the tradition of many-valued logics.Fuzzy set-based techniques are also an important ingredient in the development of information technologies. In the field of information processing fuzzy sets are important in clustering, data analysis and data fusion, pattern recognition and computer vision. Fuzzy rule-based modeling has been combined with other techniques such as neural nets and evolutionary computing and applied to systems and control engineering, with applications to robotics, complex process control and supervision. In thefield of information systems, fuzzy sets play a role in the development of intelligent and flexible manBmachine interfaces and the storage of imprecise linguistic information. In Artificial Intelligence various forms of knowledge representation and automated reasoning frameworks benefit from fuzzy set-based techniques, for instance in interpolative reasoning, non-monotonic reasoning, diagnosis, logic programming, constraint-directed reasoning, etc. Fuzzy expert systems have been devised for fault diagnosis, and also in medical science. In decision and organization sciences, fuzzy sets has had a great impact in preference modeling and multicriteria evaluation, and has helped bringing optimization techniques closer to the users needs. Applications can be found in many areas such as management, production research, and finance. Moreover concepts and methods of fuzzy set theory have attracted scientists in many other disciplines pertaining to human-oriented studies such as cognitive psychology and some aspects of social sciences. The scope of the journal Fuzzy Sets and Systems has expanded so as to account for all facets of the field while emphasizing its specificity as bridging the gap between the flexibility of human representations and the precision and clarity of mathematical or computerized representations, be they numerical or symbolic. The journal welcomes original and significant contributions in the area of Fuzzy Sets whether on empirical or mathematical foundations, or their applications to any domain of information technology, and more generally to any field of investigation where fuzzy sets are relevant. Applied papers demonstrating the usefulness of fuzzy methodology in practical problems are particularly welcome. Fuzzy Sets and Systems publishes high-quality research articles, surveys as well as case studies. Separate sections are Recent Literature, and the Bulletin, which offers research reports, book reviews and conference announcements and various news items. Invited review articles on topics of general interest are included and special issues are published regularly.- ISSN: 0165-0114

Health Policy
Health Policy - The best evidence for better policiesPublished in collaboration with the European Observatory on Health Systems and PoliciesHealth Policy aims to inform discussions about how to improve health policies by publishing high quality research articles with clear policy implications that are relevant for an international audience. It intends to enhance communication between (1) researchers analysing health systems, health policies, and health reforms and (2) legislators, decision-makers and professionals concerned with developing and implementing these policies. Health Policy is an interdisciplinary journal at the interface between health policy, health systems research, health services research, health economics, health care management, political and policy sciences, public health, and related disciplines. The focus is on high-income countries, primarily outside the US.More background on Health Policy's aims and scope is provided in this editorial (Quentin et al. 2023).Health Policy publishes articles with the following attributes:Topic: research that addresses a clear and policy relevant research question with a focus on health systems, health policies or health reforms.Regional scope: a focus on high-income countries, primarily outside the US.Methods: adequate application of quantitative and/or qualitative methods, explained in a language that is comprehensible for a broad readership from different disciplines.Content: original research or reviews that focus on policy evaluations, analyses of policy processes, cross-country comparative policy assessments, and descriptions of individual reform experiences.Interdis... authors are encouraged to submit research that results from interdisciplinary collaboration.Policy relevance: research findings that have direct implications for and the potential to contribute to better health policies.Internation... relevance: research that has implications for policy-makers and researchers from several countries.- ISSN: 0168-8510

Food Policy
Food Policy is a multidisciplinary journal publishing original research and novel evidence on issues in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of policies for the food sector in developing, transition, and advanced economies. Our main focus is on the economic and social aspect of food policy, and we prioritize empirical studies informing international food policy debates. Provided that articles make a clear and explicit contribution to food policy debates of international interest, we consider papers from any of the social sciences. Papers from other disciplines (e.g., law) will be considered only if they provide a key policy contribution, and are written in a style which is accessible to a social science readership.Policy issues that are relevant to the journal include: • Food production, trade, marketing, and consumption • Nutrition and health aspects of food systems • Food needs, entitlements, security, and aid • Food safety and quality assurance • Technological and institutional innovation affecting food systems and access • Food systems and environmental sustainabilityConcep... and methodological articles should be written so that they are accessible to the journal's diverse international readership. We normally do not publish review papers, although we might make rare exceptions for rigorous and critical reviews on topical issues.See also Elsevier's Economics Journals- ISSN: 0306-9192
