Electoral Studies
An International Journal on Voting and Electoral Systems and StrategyElectoral Studies is an international journal dedicated to the study of elections and voting in different parts of the world. With a reputation established over more than 35 years of publication, Electoral Studies is widely recognised as a major journal in the field. It publishes theoretically informed and empirically robust research on all aspects of elections, and provides a forum for the analysis of topics such as turnout, voting behaviour, campaigns, political parties and electoral systems, amongst many others. The recent emergence of new democracies in many parts of the world provides a wealth of new information, and scope for testing hypotheses. On specific topics of particular interest to the community, the Journal accepts collections of 4-6 short articles that form special issues. Electoral Studies permits the publishing of short notes and papers extending or replicating previous empirical findings. All articles are subject to "double anonymized" peer review.

An International Multidisciplinary Review of the Welfare of Young People. See also Elsevier Educational Research Programme home.Children and Youth Services Review is an international, multidisciplinary journal that focuses on disadvantaged or otherwise vulnerable children, young people, families and the systems designed to support them. The journal provides a forum for rigorous scholarship relevant to policies, interventions, programs and services intended to improve well-being. We invite original scholarly works including empirical research, methodological developments, theoretical perspectives, and practice and policy assessments related to services that address individual and societal factors that negatively affect the welfare of children, youth, and young adults ages 0 to 25 and their families. Submissions that acknowledge and engage with issues of racial equity and social justice in research design, intervention design, service delivery and outcomes are strongly encouraged.A host of substantive domains relevant to the welfare of youth, young adults, and their families will be considered. These domains include but are not limited to all forms of child maltreatment, exposure to violence, protective care, youth justice, poverty alleviation, educational disadvantage, community environments, peer relationships, distressed family dynamics and social-emotional wellbeing. We welcome submissions from disciplines such as social work, education, law, medicine, psychology, public health, public policy, sociology, and allied disciplines.

Advances in Life Course Research
Advances in Life Course Research publishes articles dealing with various aspects of the human life course. Seeing life course research as an essentially interdisciplinary field of study, it invites and welcomes contributions from anthropology, biosocial science, demography, epidemiology and statistics, gerontology, economics, management and organisation science, policy studies, psychology, research methodology and sociology. Original empirical analyses, theoretical contributions, methodological studies and reviews accessible to a broad set of readers are welcome. Political Geography
An interdisciplinary journal for all students of political studies with an interest in the geographical and spatial aspects of politicsPolitical Geography is the flagship journal of political geography and advances knowledge in all aspects of the geographical and spatial dimensions of politics and the political. The journal brings together leading contributions in the field and promotes interdisciplinary debates in international relations, political science, and other related fields. While we welcome articles with an empirical focus or that center on policy implications, all research published in the journal is expected to engage with and advance the subdiscipline's conceptual, methodological, and theoretical literature. We encourage contributions drawn from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, covering all scales of inquiry, and from scholars in all parts of the world. The International Journal of Law, Crime and Justice is an international and fully peer reviewed journal which welcomes high quality, theoretically informed papers on a wide range of fields linked to criminological research and analysis. It invites submissions relating to:Studies of crime and interpretations of forms and dimensions of criminality;Analyses of criminological debates and contested theoretical frameworks of criminological analysis;Research and analysis of criminal justice and penal policy and practices;Research and analysis of policing policies and policing forms and practices;Research and analysis of criminal law and practice from a socio-legal perspective.We particularly welcome submissions relating to more recent and emerging areas of criminological enquiry including cyber-enabled crime, fraud-related crime, terrorism and hate crime.Papers should be between 7,000-10,000 words in length, although shorter papers relating to policy analysis and debate will be considered. The International Journal of the Political, Economic, Planning, Environmental and Social Aspects of EnergyEnergy Policy is an international peer-reviewed journal addressing the policy implications of energy supply and use from their economic, social, planning and environmental aspects. Papers may cover global, regional, national, or even local topics that are of wider policy significance, and of interest to international agencies, governments, public and private sector entities, local communities and non-governmental organisations. Within this broad spectrum, topics of particular interest include energy and environmental regulation, energy supply security, the quality and efficiency of energy services, the effectiveness of market-based approaches and/or governmental interventions, technological innovation and diffusion, and voluntary initiatives where the broader policy implications can be recognised. Policy prescriptions are required to be supported by rigorous analysis and balanced appraisal.Given the aims and scope of Energy Policy, all submitted papers should explicitly address policy issues involving energy supply or use.This journal welcomes contributions that support and advance the UN's sustainable development goals, in particular SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy).Special issue proposals Prospective guest editor(s) should submit written proposals that incorporate the rationale for the special issue topic, positions it in the literature, and include some illustrative topics and proposed contributors. Slavic Literatures is a peer-reviewed academic periodical that publishes literary studies in English and in Russian. The journal combines special and regular issues devoted to Slavic literatures.
