Vingt chapitres sont ensuite consacrés aux techniques d’infiltrations rachidiennes, décompressions discales, consolidations (cimentations et vissage), ablations osseuses, traitements endovasculaires, échochirurgie du canal carpien. Les algies craniofaciales réfractaires (arnoldalgies, algies vasculaires de la face, névralgie faciale) et algoneurodystrophie sont abordées dans quatre chapitres. Le traitement des douleurs abdominales et pelviennes (neurolyse ceoliaque et splanchnique, sympatholyses, infiltrations hypogastriques et impar) est également abordé.
