The journal will cover information on instruments, tools, approaches and procedures used in measurement and/or instrumentation of cancer care-related outcomes, be it physiological, psychosocial or patient-reported outcomes, with emphasis on the cross-psychometric evaluations of scales, instrument development, cross-cultural validation of scales, adaptations, conceptualizations, interpretation practices, statistical techniques, and sensitivity and specificity of assessment measures across different cultural and linguistic contexts. The primary objective of the journal is to facilitate the exchange of advanced knowledge among experts in these specialized research fields. We welcome experimental papers that delve into the fundamental mechanisms of aging, spanning molecular, cellular, tissue, and organ levels. Our journal considers clinical papers for publication if they introduce novel insights or hold fundamental significance for the understanding of human aging and healthcare for the elderly. Purely descriptive clinical papers are eligible for acceptance only when their results offer room for further interpretation. Moreover, we eagerly invite papers addressing pharmacological interventions targeting age-related conditions in humans.
