English For Specific Purposes is an international peer-reviewed journal that welcomes submissions from across the world. Authors are encouraged to submit articles and research/discussion notes on topics relevant to the teaching and learning of discourse for specific communities: academic, occupational, or otherwise specialized. For example, when describing the proportion of casualties by age or by travel mode, it is important to compare those with the proportions in the general population.We require all authors to avoid the word 'accident' except where it is in the reference of a document they are citing. Although it means 'unintentional', it is often interpreted as meaning 'unavoidable'. More importantly, 'accident' is sometimes used to refer to the event (crash/collision/fal... and sometimes to the consequence (casualty/injury/fat... It is not always clear which is meant. An International Journal of Social Network AnalysisSocial Networks is an interdisciplinary and international quarterly. It provides a common forum for representatives of anthropology, sociology, history, social psychology, political science, human geography, biology, economics, communications science and other disciplines who share an interest in the study of the empirical structure of social relations and associations that may be expressed in network form. It publishes both theoretical and substantive papers. Critical reviews of major theoretical or methodological approaches using the notion of networks in the analysis of social behaviour are also included, as are reviews of recent books dealing with social networks and social structure.The editorial criteria for acceptance will be based on the degree to which a paper makes a broad theoretical or methodological, and empirically relevant, contribution to the study of social networks. Acceptable papers may range from abstract, formal mathematical derivations to concrete, descriptive case studies of particular social networks. The major focus of Behaviour Research and Therapy is an experimental psychopathology approach to understanding emotional and behavioral disorders and their prevention and treatment, using cognitive, behavioral, and psychophysiological (including neural) methods and models. Global Environmental Change is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high-quality, theoretically grounded, and empirically rigorous research on the human and policy dimensions of global environmental change.We examine environmental change as a biophysical, socially produced, and politically mediated process, shaped by institutions, governance arrangements, power relations, knowledge systems, and social inequalities. Environmental change refers to changes in earth systems and environments, including climate, atmospheres, land systems, biodiversity, water, coasts, oceans, and urban environments.
