Journal of Commodity Markets
The aim of the Journal of Commodity Markets (JCM) will be to publish high-quality research in all areas of economics and finance related to commodity markets. The research may be theoretical, empirical, or policy-related. The JCM will place an emphasis on originality, quality, and clear presentation. The purpose of the journal is also to stimulate international dialog among academics, industry participants, traders, investors, and policymakers with mutual interests in commodity markets. The mandate for the journal is to present ongoing work within commodity economics and finance. Topics can be related to financialization of commodity markets; pricing, hedging, and risk analysis of commodity derivatives; risk premia in commodity markets; real option analysis for commodity project investment and production; portfolio allocation including commodities; forecasting in commodity markets; corporate finance for commodity-exposed corporations; econometric/statisti... analysis of commodity markets; organization of commodity markets; regulation of commodity markets; local and global commodity trading; and commodity supply chains. Commodity markets in this context are energy markets (including renewables), metal markets, mineral markets, agricultural markets, livestock and fish markets, markets for weather derivatives, emission markets, shipping markets, water, and related markets. This interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary journal will cover all commodity markets and is thus relevant for a broad audience. Commodity markets are not only of academic interest but also highly relevant for many practitioners, including asset managers, industrial managers, investment bankers, risk managers, and also policymakers in governments, central banks, and supranational institutions. For queries related to the journal, please contact [email protected]- ISSN: 2405-8513

Plant Science
An international journal of experimental plant biologyThis journal has no page charges, publication is free of charge.Plant Science will publish in the minimum of time, reporting significant advances in plant biology as well as commissioned reviews, method papers (technical papers) and commentaries recommended by its referees in all areas of experimental plant biology with emphasis in the broad areas of genomics, proteomics, biochemistry, physiology, cell biology, development, genetics, functional plant breeding, systems biology and the interaction of plants with the environment. Although manuscripts containing large data are welcomed, they must contain functional validation.Manuscrip... for full consideration should be written concisely and essentially as a final report. The main criterion for publication is that the manuscript must contain original and significant insights that lead to a better understanding of fundamental plant biology. Plant Science is not a publication vehicle for preliminary observations, for studies that are merely confirmatory of results accomplished in other plant systems, or that are addressed only to a specialized readership. Submitted manuscripts describing studies of preliminary nature, that are merely confirmatory in scope or of limited scope and interest to the general readership of the journal will be returned without formal review. As a general policy, the journal will no longer consider manuscripts just describing the cloning, sequencing and expression patterns of gene sequences that have been identified and characterized in other plant species, expression of a protein without proper characterization of the recombinant product and native form, the isolation, purification and characterization of enzymes extensively analyzed in other plants, description of molecular markers and plant genetic diversity without any relevant biological information, cell culture and/or transformation of plant species (or closely related species) already established in the literature and basic transcriptomic approaches with no further relevant functional characterization of genes of interest.- ISSN: 0168-9452

Journal of Constructional Steel Research
The Journal of Constructional Steel Research provides an international forum for the presentation and discussion of the latest developments in structural steel research and their applications in civil engineering. It is aimed not only at researchers but also at those likely to be most affected by research results, i.e. designers and fabricators. Original papers of a high standard dealing with all structural engineering aspects of steel and metal structures including theoretical and experimental research on the behaviour and strength of elements, assemblages, connections and material properties are considered for publication. Submissions substantially concerned with the strength of the concrete component in steel-concrete composite members, including shear stud connections, may not suit the journal. Submissions on pipelines do not fall within the journal's scope. Those presenting research findings in a form suitable for practical use are especially welcome. Papers reporting work in progress will also be included, provided the long-term practical implications of the research are evident, as will state-of-the-art papers, or those by designers and fabricators dealing with issues bearing directly on research. The journal will also present technical notes, book reviews, discussions and letters to the Editor. It is intended that at intervals summaries will be included indicating current research activities throughout the world, and reports of conferences and meetings related specifically to constructional steelwork. Announcements of conference and symposia are also included in the form of a calendar.- ISSN: 0143-974X

Cell Chemical Biology
Cell Chemical Biology (originally Chemistry & Biology) is a Cell Press journal that aims to publish and promote the most important advances in chemical biology with integrity, responsiveness, fairness, and friendliness. Chemical biology is a multidisciplinary discipline that harnesses chemical principles to discover the molecular mechanisms of biological function and disease etiology and develop solutions for life sciences, biotechnology, and human health.Cell Chemical Biology encourages submission of basic, translational, and clinical research articles that provide significant conceptual advancements of broad general interest to researchers within the biological sciences, the biomedical sciences, and associated fields. Research areas that we consider within our scope include but are not limited to cancer biology, immunology, cell biology, microbiology, virology, RNA biology, synthetic biology, protein engineering, genome editing, drug discovery, metabolism, and physiology. We are interested in papers that report molecular mechanisms underlying cellular processes or disease biology, those that report new therapeutics derived from utilizing chemical biology tools, and those that report technologies that perturb, visualize, or measure biological processes. Examples of chemical or molecular tools include but are not confined to nucleic acids and/or their modifications, small molecules, antibodies, biologics, probes, engineered proteins, metabolites, lipids, sugars, and post-translational modifications. We also welcome submissions reporting significant technical advancements in molecular probes, sensors, tools, and technologies, including a proof-of-principle demonstration that the new methodology/tool will help address important questions in biomedical research that are of interest to our broad readership (from basic scientists to clinicians). For further clarifications or questions about our aims and scope, please feel welcome to contact us at [email protected] or email editors directly. You can also submit your manuscript as a presubmission inquiry.Visit the Cell Press website for more information about Cell Chemical Biology - http://www.cell.com/...- ISSN: 2451-9456
