Agricultural and Forest Meteorology
Agricultural and Forest Meteorology is an international journal for the publication of original articles and reviews on the inter-relationship between meteorology, agriculture, forestry, and natural ecosystems. Emphasis is on basic and applied scientific research relevant to practical problems in the field of plant and soil sciences, ecology and biogeochemistry as affected by weather as well as climate variability and change. Theoretical models should be tested against experimental data. Articles must appeal to an international audience. Special issues devoted to single topics are also published.Typical topics include canopy micrometeorology (e.g. canopy radiation transfer, turbulence near the ground, evapotranspiration, energy balance, fluxes of trace gases), micrometeorological instrumentation (e.g., sensors for trace gases, flux measurement instruments, radiation measurement techniques), aerobiology (e.g. the dispersion of pollen, spores, insects and pesticides), biometeorology (e.g. the effect of weather and climate on plant distribution, crop yield, water-use efficiency, and plant phenology), forest-fire/weather interactions, and feedbacks from vegetation to weather and the climate system.Keyword index available on https://www.elsevier...

Journal of Archaeological Science
The Journal of Archaeological Science is aimed at archaeologists and scientists with particular interests in advancing the development and application of scientific techniques and methodologies to all areas of archaeology. This established monthly journal publishes focus articles, original research papers and major review articles, of wide archaeological significance. The journal provides an international forum for archaeologists and scientists from widely different scientific backgrounds who share a common interest in developing and applying scientific methods to inform major debates through improving the quality and reliability of scientific information derived from archaeological research. The Journal of Archaeological Science is interested in papers that are: • Presenting major advances in scientific methods and techniques in archaeology • Showcasing innovative science • Shaping global debates • Addressing questions of broad significance • Describing studies with far-reaching applicability. If your article is concerned with the use of an established technique, please consider our sister journal Journal of Archaeological Science: ReportsBenefits to authors We also provide many author benefits, such as free PDFs, a liberal copyright policy, special discounts on Elsevier publications and much more. Marine Micropaleontology
Marine Micropaleontology is an international journal publishing original, innovative and significant scientific papers in all fields related to marine microfossils, including ecology and paleoecology, biology and paleobiology, paleoceanography and paleoclimatology, environmental monitoring, taphonomy, evolution and molecular phylogeny. The journal strongly encourages the publication of articles in which marine microfossils and/or their chemical composition are used to solve fundamental geological, environmental and biological problems. However, it does not publish purely stratigraphic or taxonomic papers. In Marine Micropaleontology, a special section is dedicated to short papers on new methods and protocols using marine microfossils. We solicit special issues on hot topics in marine micropaleontology and review articles on timely subjects.Benefits to authors We also provide many author benefits, such as free PDFs, a liberal copyright policy, special discounts on Elsevier publications and much more. Quaternary Science Reviews
The International Journal of Earth, Climate and Life InteractionsQuaterna... Science Reviews caters for all aspects of Quaternary science, and includes, for example, geology, geomorphology, geography, archaeology, soil science, palaeobotany, palaeontology, palaeoclimatology and the full range of applicable dating methods. The dividing line between what constitutes the review paper and one which contains new original data is not easy to establish, so QSR also publishes papers with new data especially if these perform a review function. All the Quaternary sciences are changing rapidly and subject to re-evaluation as the pace of discovery quickens; thus the diverse but comprehensive role of Quaternary Science Reviews keeps readers abreast of the wider issues relating to new developments in the field. Quaternary Science Reviews includes Special Issues on topical subjects arising from recent scientific meetings, in response to significant changes in Quaternary subject matter, or to acknowledge the achievements of some outstanding Quaternary Scientist.Authors are also welcome to submit to the journal's open access companion title, Quaternary Science Advances. This journal welcomes contributions that support and advance the UN's sustainable development goals.

Organic Geochemistry
The International Journal for the Rapid Publication of Current Research in Organic Geochemistry and Biogeochemistry and The Official Journal of the European Association of Organic GeochemistsOrganic Geochemistry serves as the only dedicated medium for the publication of peer-reviewed research on all phases of geochemistry in which organic compounds play a major role. The Editors welcome contributions covering a wide spectrum of subjects in the geosciences broadly based on organic chemistry (including molecular and isotopic geochemistry), and involving geology, biogeochemistry, environmental geochemistry, chemical oceanography and hydrology. The scope of the journal includes research involving organic matter in ancient strata (including source rocks, petroleum, natural gas and coal), recent sediments, the aqueous environment, and soils and the role of organics in the geochemical cycling of the elements.Sedimentolo... paleontological and organic petrographic studies will also be considered for publication, if they are geochemically oriented. Papers cover the full range of research activities in organic geochemistry, and include comprehensive review articles, technical communications, discussion/reply correspondence and short technical notes. Peer-reviews organised through three Chief Editors and a staff of Associate Editors, are conducted by well known, respected members of the scientific community. The journal also publishes reviews of books, announcements of important conferences and meetings and other matters of direct interest to the organic geochemical community. This journal welcomes contributions that support and advance the UN's sustainable development goals.
