    • ISSN: 1054-8807
Official Journal of the Society for Cardiovascular PathologyA Journal of Basic, Clinical and Applied Cardiovascular Science, Cardiovascular Pathology is a bimonthly journal that presents articles on topics covering the entire spectrum of cardiovascular disease. The Journal's primary objective is to publish papers on disease-oriented morphology and pathogenesis from clinicians and scientists in the cardiovascular field. Subjects covered include cardiovascular biology, prosthetic devices, molecular biology and experimental models of cardiovascular disease. The Journal publishes articles on all aspects of cardiovascular disease, but with a particular focus on the pathology and pathogenesis of these entities. Authors are invited to submit original research articles. Brief communications, case reports with significant new findings, as well as letters to the Editors will be considered. Review articles may be invited or unsolicited submissions.
  • Experimental Parasitology

    • ISSN: 0014-4894
The main focus of Experimental Parasitology is experimental approaches to investigating different aspects of parasitology, including, but not limited to, those encompassed by molecular tools, cell biology, and immunology. The journal predominantly publishes Original Research Papers in which experimentation is used to investigate the physiological, metabolic, immunological, biochemical, nutritional, and chemotherapeutic aspects of parasites and host-parasite relationships. In addition, the journal welcomes Method Papers that describe new approaches to such investigations and Review Articles (short reviews, full reviews, and systematic reviews) that provide critical evaluation of published articles on a theme within the scope of the journal. Furthermore, the journal is open to publishing special issues or meeting reports within the themes of the journal. Please contact the editors for further information. See our Guide for Authors for further information on the different paper types accepted by Experimental Parasitology.
  • Cancer Cell

    • ISSN: 1535-6108
Cancer Cell advances a systemic understanding of cancer as a dynamic interplay between tumor cells, microenvironment, microbiota, nervous system, and host physiology. We bridge foundational discoveries and clinical innovation through bidirectional translation, integrating disciplines and transformative technologies—includi... AI, spatial multi-omics, single-cell sequencing, and functional genomics—to decode cancer's complexity. We prioritize studies unraveling tumor heterogeneity, immune evasion, metabolic reprogramming, and therapeutic resistance, emphasizing clinical trials with biological insights and preclinical work grounded in clinical hypotheses. Submissions must adopt a systemic perspective, spanning early detection, precision medicine, and cancer's ecosystem.By uniting basic, translational, and clinical researchers, we dismantle disciplinary silos to transform knowledge and patient outcomes. Through collaborative science and rigorous review, Cancer Cell accelerates progress where lab discoveries and clinical advances converge, delivering global impact for patients.Visit the Cell Press website for more information about Cancer Cell - http://www.cell.com/...
  • Cell

    • ISSN: 0092-8674
Cell publishes findings of unusual significance in any area of experimental biology, including but not limited to cell biology, molecular biology, neuroscience, immunology, virology and microbiology, cancer, human genetics, systems biology, signaling, and disease mechanisms and therapeutics. The basic criterion for considering papers is whether the results provide significant conceptual advances into, or raise provocative questions and hypotheses regarding, an interesting and important biological question. In addition to primary research articles in four formats, Cell features review and opinion articles on recent research advances and issues of interest to its broad readership in the leading edge section.Visit the Cell Press website for more information about Cell - http://www.cell.com/...
  • Cell Metabolism

    • ISSN: 1550-4131
Welcome and thank you for considering submitting your work to Cell Metabolism. Established in 2005, Cell Metabolism is the top research journal dedicated to publishing novel, impactful papers spanning basic to clinical metabolic research. We are interested in original research addressing the molecular mechanisms underlying physiological homeostasis and what goes awry in disease. The journal's mission is to provide the metabolic community a forum for the exchange of ideas and concepts and to promote cross-disciplinary research and collaboration. In line with this, we aim to publish work that is not only of exceptional significance within its field, but also of interest to researchers outside the immediate area, promoting idea cross-pollination.Ce... Metabolism's scope includes diabetes, obesity, pancreatic beta cell function, adipose tissue biology (white, brown, and beige), lipid metabolism, cardiovascular biology, immunometabolism, bone homeostasis, aging and stress responses, sarcopenia, intermediary metabolism and cancer, cachexia, neuronal control of metabolism and metabolic derangements causing neurodegeneration, circadian biology, stem cell energetics, exercise metabolism, the biology of mitochondria and other metabolic organelles such as peroxisomes and the ER, etc.Visit the Cell Press website for more information about Cell Metabolism - http://www.cell.com/...
  • Acta Histochemica

    • ISSN: 0065-1281
Research and Methods in Cell and Tissue BiologyActa Histochemica is a classic scientific journal established in 1954 currently focused on basic research and methodological innovations in cell and tissue biology. The aim of the journal is to promote the peer-reviewed publication of original articles and short communications reporting novel results and experimental approaches in the field, as well as comprehensive reviews, letters to the editor and meeting reports, serving as an open forum for the cell and histochemical research community. Manuscripts analysing the mechanisms of functional regulation of living systems at a cell/tissue level, in physiological or pathological conditions, or reporting new techniques and methodological approaches to quantify/visualize cellular activities are particularly welcomed.
  • Cancer Genetics

    • ISSN: 0165-4608
The aim of Cancer Genetics is to publish high quality scientific papers on the cellular, genetic and molecular aspects of cancer, including cancer predisposition and clinical diagnostic applications. Specific areas of interest include descriptions of new chromosomal, molecular or epigenetic alterations in benign and malignant diseases; novel laboratory approaches for identification and characterization of chromosomal rearrangements or genomic alterations in cancer cells; correlation of genetic changes with pathology and clinical presentation; and the molecular genetics of cancer predisposition. • Cytokine & Growth Factor Reviews

    • ISSN: 1359-6101
Cytokine & Growth Factor Reviews publishes focused research reviews (state-of-the-art reviews, correspondence, perspectives, meeting reviews) devoted to important advances in fields of cytokine and growth factor research. Major emphasis will be placed on reviews that detail molecular mechanistic analysis of diverse areas of biomedical research, including cytokine regulation of immune responses, innate immunity, viral pathogenesis, inflammatory disorders including neuroinflammation, growth regulation in cancer, cytokines in the tumor microenvironment and cytokine-guided immunotherapeutic strategies. Priority will be given to those reviews with a focused expert perspective, provided by scientific leaders in their respective areas of research. Broad literature reviews with an overview perspective rather than a research focus should consider other Elsevier venues.
