Clinical Neurophysiology
Official Organ of the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Brazilian Society of Clinical Neurophysiology, the Czech Society of Clinical Neurophysiology, and the International Society of Intraoperative Neurophysiology.SCOP... OF THE JOURNAL: Clinical Neurophysiology is dedicated to publishing scholarly reports on the pathophysiology underlying diseases of the peripheral and central nervous system of humans. Reports on clinical trials that use neurophysiological measures as endpoints are encouraged, as are manuscripts on integrated neuroimaging of peripheral and central nervous function including, but not limited to, functional MRI, brain mapping, MEG, EEG, PET, ultrasound, and other neuroimaging modalities. Studies on normal human neurophysiology are welcome, if they are relevant to disease or clinical applications. Studies on animals and technical reports must have clear applicability to human disease. Case reports may be considered (exclusively as Letters-to-the-Edito... if implying substantial advancement of knowledge.Clinical Neurophysiology covers epilepsy, developmental clinical neurophysiology, psychophysiology and psychopathology, motor control and movement disorders, somatosensory disorders including pain, motor neuron diseases, neuromuscular diseases, neuropathies, sleep and disorders of consciousness, auditory and vestibular disorders, aging, Alzheimer's disease, other dementias, other psychiatric disorders, autonomic disorders, neural plasticity and recovery, intraoperative and ICU monitoring, and therapeutic clinical neurophysiology including non-invasive and invasive brain stimulation. All studies published in Clinical Neurophysiology must stand on their own and make a substantial contribution to the literature. The journal does not afford a high priority to 'pilot' or 'preliminary' studies or to negative studies that do not advance knowledge.Reports with a focus on education or clinical practice, case reports, methodological and technical reports and studies reporting normative data on healthy subjects are preferentially being considered in Clinical Neurophysiology Practice, a companion journal of Clinical Neurophysiology.AUDI... Neuropeptides
The aim of Neuropeptides is the rapid publication of original research and review articles, dealing with the structure, distribution, actions and functions of peptides in the central and peripheral nervous systems. The explosion of research activity in this field has led to the identification of numerous naturally occurring endogenous peptides which act as neurotransmitters, neuromodulators, or trophic factors, to mediate nervous system functions. Increasing numbers of non-peptide ligands of neuropeptide receptors have been developed, which act as agonists or antagonists in peptidergic systems. The journal provides a unique opportunity of integrating the many disciplines involved in all neuropeptide research. The journal publishes articles on all aspects of the neuropeptide field, with particular emphasis on gene regulation of peptide expression, peptide receptor subtypes, transgenic and knockout mice with mutations in genes for neuropeptides and peptide receptors, neuroanatomy, physiology, behaviour, neurotrophic factors, preclinical drug evaluation, clinical studies, and clinical trials.Original papers predominate. Manuscripts may be of any length, but must be complete studies; preliminary communications are not accepted. Review articles and hypothesis papers are welcomed, and will be evaluated in the same way as experimental papers. Authors intending to submit a review are advised to communicate their intentions to the Editor, to avoid possible duplication.

Value in Health
AimsValue in Health aims to be a leading source of new methods, best practice guidelines, and innovative research in the field of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).Value in Health aims to publish papers that expand the frontiers of HEOR science and have a direct impact on the methods used in HEOR and the evidence on value used in healthcare decision making around the world.Scope Value in Health publishes a wide range of article types that contribute to our aims, including:Original theoretical, conceptual and empirical research in HEOR. Our principal interest is in research that contributes to and extends the way value in healthcare is defined and measured, including (but not limited to):methods for the economic evaluation of drugs and other healthcare technologies; outcomes research to strengthen the methods and evidence available to reflect patient and societal perspectives on effectiveness and value.Innovative and high-impact applications of HEOR methods with interest and relevance beyond the specific country and disease area.Good Practices Reports: Value in Health publishes ISPOR’s Good Practices Reports that identify best and emerging practices in a wide range of areas within HEOR.Systematic Reviews: The Editors welcome systematic reviews of any aspect of HEOR. These should go beyond describing a given body of work by synthesizing and critically reviewing the literature and drawing out lessons for HEOR methods and practice. These papers should review empirical studies consistent with the methods outlined by the Cochrane Collaboration and PRISMA. Health Policy Analyses: Analysis and commentary on health policy issues with global relevance to the pursuit of a world where healthcare is effective, efficient, and affordable for all.The ISPOR journal portfolio consists of Value in Health and Value in Health Regional Issues. For more information and detailed guidance about the article types and formatting requirements for Value in Health, please consult the journal’s Instructions for Authors.
