International Journal of Law, Crime and Justice
The International Journal of Law, Crime and Justice is an international and fully peer reviewed journal which welcomes high quality, theoretically informed papers on a wide range of fields linked to criminological research and analysis. It invites submissions relating to:Studies of crime and interpretations of forms and dimensions of criminality;Analyses of criminological debates and contested theoretical frameworks of criminological analysis;Research and analysis of criminal justice and penal policy and practices;Research and analysis of policing policies and policing forms and practices;Research and analysis of criminal law and practice from a socio-legal perspective.We particularly welcome submissions relating to more recent and emerging areas of criminological enquiry including cyber-enabled crime, fraud-related crime, terrorism and hate crime.Papers should be between 7,000-10,000 words in length, although shorter papers relating to policy analysis and debate will be considered. The peer review process and decision on publication will normally be completed within 90 days of receipt of submissions. Information and Organization
Advances in information and communication technologies are associated with a wide and increasing range of social consequences, which are experienced by individuals, work groups, organizations, interorganizational networks, and societies at large. Understanding the relationships between communication, digital technologies and organizations is an increasingly important and urgent societal and scholarly concern in many disciplinary fields.Information and Organization seeks to publish original articles on the relationships between digital technologies, communication, and organizations. It seeks a scholarly understanding that is based on empirical research and builds novel theoretical contributions. A particular focus of Information and Organization is to publish qualitative and interpretive research which adopts case studies, ethnography and in-depth longitudinal empirical studies, including critical theory and science and technology studies.Papers that provoke critical thinking on important subjects are welcomed, including articles that focus on research impact and contributions to knowledge in our special section (RICK). The aim is to provide a forum that brings together innovative, reflective, and rigorous scholarship while being relevant for practice.Of special interest are contributions on the social construction of information technologies, the implications of digital technologies for innovation and organizational change, alternative organizational designs such as virtual organizations and ecosystems, ICT's for institutional and societal change, global strategy and digitalization, data driven organizations and changes in work, ethics of digital technologies and data governance. The journal seeks contributions from fields such as information systems, organization theory, history and philosophy of science and technology, practice theory, institutional theory, strategy, and communication studies.

Global Environmental Change
Human and Policy DimensionsGlobal Environmental Change is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high quality, theoretically and empirically rigorous articles, which advance knowledge about the human and policy dimensions of global environmental change. The journal interprets global environmental change to mean the outcome of processes that are manifest in localities, but with consequences at multiple spatial, temporal and socio-political scales. The journal is interested in articles which have a significant social science component. These include articles that address the social drivers or consequences of environmental change, or social and policy processes that seek to address problems of environmental change. Economics Letters
Economics Letters aims to be a valuable addition to the specialist literature, offering quick dissemination and easy accessibility of new results, models and methods in all fields of economic research. All researchers are welcome to submit their articles to Economics Letters, and especially young researchers and advanced graduate students are encouraged to submit their articles.The "letter" format consists of concise communications, which are a vehicle to quickly communicate important pieces of new research. For instance, a theorist could submit to Economics Letters a thought-provoking example before the analysis is extended to a general theorem in a fully fledged paper that will go elsewhere. Similarly, an experimentalist or an empirical researcher could submit to Economics Letters some important preliminary results, where perhaps the threshold for robustness, thoroughness or completeness of the analysis is not as high as it would be for a complete paper. Comments or pedagogical notes are not suitable for transmission in this form.The following are important features of the "letter" format:Concise: Contributions are usually limited to 2,000 words excluding references allowing readers to determine their potential interest in a letter very quickly, and to digest a large amount of material in a usable form.Rapid: The fast review process and immediate online publication ensure a brief manuscript turnover time.Efficient: A quick way to stay up-to-date with developments in all areas of economics.All submissions that pass the desk-rejection phase will be subject to a careful peer-review process. With few exceptions, in which submissions are sent back for small editorial revisions before acceptance, each paper will be either accepted as is or rejected. Detailed reports will not be provided; the reasons for the decision will be explained in a brief cover letter from the editor. Eating Behaviors
Eating Behaviors is an international peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing human research on the etiology, prevention, and treatment of the full range of eating pathology (e.g., obesity, binge eating, eating disorders) in diverse groups of adults and children. Studies related to the promotion of healthy eating and weight management patterns are also of interest. Two types of manuscripts are encouraged: (1) Descriptive studies establishing functional relationships between eating behaviors and social, cognitive, environmental, attitudinal, emotional or biochemical factors; (2) Clinical outcome research evaluating the efficacy of prevention or treatment protocols.The journal's emphasis is on empirical research. That is, sound experimental design combined with valid, reliable assessment and evaluation procedures are a requisite for acceptance. Generally, case studies are not accepted for publication. Rigorous systematic reviews conducted according to Prisma guidelines are welcome. Theoretical reviews are typically invited; however, proposals are welcome and should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief, Suzanne Mazzeo.

An international journal on second and foreign language writing and writing instructionThe Journal of Second Language Writing is devoted to publishing theoretically grounded reports of research and discussions that represent a significant contribution to current understandings of central issues in second and foreign language writing and writing instruction. Some areas of interest are personal characteristics and attitudes of L2 writers, features of L2 writers' texts, L2 writers' composing processes, readers' responses to L2 writing, assessment/evaluatio... of L2 writing, contexts (cultural, social, political, institutional) for L2 writing, L2 writing and technology, and any other topic clearly relevant to L2 writing theory, research, and instruction. Manuscripts should take care to emphasize the pedagogical implications of the work. In addition to FULL-LENGTH RESEARCH ARTICLES, the Journal of Second Language Writing publishes SHORT COMMUNICATIONS that are smaller in scale, more conceptual or descriptive of a particular teaching and learning context. We especially encourage short communications that bring attention to under-represented contexts of L2 writing. The International Business Review (IBR) is a premier international journal in the discipline of international business, and the official journal of the European International Business Academy (EIBA). The journal publishes original and insightful papers on the theory and practice of international business, broadly defined to embrace firms' internationalization strategies, the cross-border management of firms' operations, and comparative studies of the business environments in different countries. Put simply, the journal is interested in publishing papers that inform the international operations of firms (whether SMEs or large MNEs), or guide the actions of policy-makers in home or host countries. The journal welcomes conceptual papers, empirical papers and review articles, and is open to contributions from strategy, finance, management, marketing, economics, HRM and organizational scholars. IBR embraces methodological plurality, and papers using quantitative and/or qualitative approaches are equally welcome.
