Cette classification favorise ainsi la collaboration étroite entre gynécologues et radiologues, et donc une meilleure orientation de la prise en charge thérapeutique.Après avoir défini les différentes catégories du lexique O-RADSTM, présenté les modalités d’utilisation du score O-RADSTM et déterminé comment analyser une masse annexielle en IRM, une série de cas cliniques est proposée, en fonction de chaque score O-RADSTM IRM.
