Official Publication of the Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS).The Peace and Sustainability journal is a platform for advancing research and discourse on the nexus between peace and sustainability. The goal is to promote systemic approaches that capture the complex and dynamic interrelations between human and ecological concerns and develop evidence-based and policy-relevant solutions toward more peaceful and sustainable futures.Since 2018, the Network for Education and Research on Peace and Sustainability (NERPS) at Hiroshima University has been facilitating transdisciplinary research through its global network of scholars and practitioners. Peace and Sustainability is the network's flagship journal for publishing research with inter/multi/transdis... approaches and perspectives. Manuscripts that focus on either peace or sustainability are expected to discuss sufficiently their research or policy implications for the peace-sustainability nexus.In addition to original research articles and systematic review articles, we also welcome policy forums and short communications. Research and review articles should be no more than 8,000 words, exclusive of references, appendices, and notes. Policy forum is a collection of 3-5 policy-oriented papers and should be no more than 8,000 words in total, exclusive of references. Short communications are 1,000-1,500-word commentaries, viewpoints, or research letters.Peace and Sustainability is a hybrid journal that offers authors two choices to publish their research. Personality and Individual Differences

The Official Journal of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences (ISSID)Personality and Individual Differences is primarily devoted to the publication of articles (experimental, correlational, theoretical, expository/review) which enhance our understanding of the structure of personality and other forms of individual differences, the processes which cause these individual differences to emerge, and their practical applications. Accessible methodological contributions are also welcome. The Editors invite papers that focus on the genetic, biological, and environmental foundations of individual differences, and possible interaction effects. While we recognize the importance of questionnaires for the measurement of individual differences, we encourage their link to experimental and behavioural measures. Ultimately the editors of PAID view human beings as bio-social organisms and that work on individual differences can be most fruitfully pursued by attending to both these aspects of our nature.We consider studies involving cross-sectional mediation/moderation analyses of self-reported data only when these directly test a theory.

Journal of Empirical Research on Culture, the Media and the ArtsPoetics is an interdisciplinary journal of theoretical and empirical research on culture, the media and the arts. Particularly welcome are papers that make an original contribution to the major disciplines - sociology, psychology, media and communication studies, and economics - within which promising lines of research on culture, media and the arts have been developed.Poetics would be pleased to consider, for example, the following types of papers:• Sociological research on participation in the arts; media use and consumption; the conditions under which makers of cultural products operate; the functioning of institutions that make, distribute and/or judge cultural products, arts and media policy; etc.• Psychological research on the cognitive processing of cultural products such as literary texts, films, theatrical performances, visual artworks; etc.• Media and communications research on the globalization of media production and consumption; the role and performance of journalism; the development of media and creative industries; the social uses of media; etc.• Economic research on the funding, costs and benefits of commercial and non-profit organizations in the fields of art and culture; choice behavior of audiences analysed from the viewpoint of the theory of lifestyles; the impact of economic institutions on the production or consumption of cultural goods; etc.The production and consumption of media, art and culture are highly complex and interrelated phenomena. Our insight into these broad domains will be considerably enhanced by studies focusing on the interrelationships of the many factors that shape behavior towards art, culture and the media.Poetics publishes not only advanced research reports but also overview articles. Occasional special issues, guest-edited by specialists, present the state of the art and/or discuss new developments in a particular field.Poetics does not publish papers that analyze arts or literature in a more hermeneutics-oriente... tradition. An interdisciplinary journal for all students of political studies with an interest in the geographical and spatial aspects of politicsPolitical Geography is the flagship journal of political geography and advances knowledge in all aspects of the geographical and spatial dimensions of politics and the political. The journal brings together leading contributions in the field and promotes interdisciplinary debates in international relations, political science, and other related fields. While we welcome articles with an empirical focus or that center on policy implications, all research published in the journal is expected to engage with and advance the subdiscipline's conceptual, methodological, and theoretical literature. We encourage contributions drawn from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, covering all scales of inquiry, and from scholars in all parts of the world. Progress in Economic Geography

Progress in Economic Geography (PEG) is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, international journal aiming at advancing economic geography in a broad sense, by providing publication space for new perspectives, concerning topics, methods and theories and concepts. PEG will focus on emergent topics such as geographies of sustainability transitions, digitalisation and digital geography, technology complexity, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, foundational economy, sharing economy, regional industrial dynamics, financial geography and fintech. We also aim to bring these new topics in conversation with classical themes in economic geography, such as global production networks, cluster development, related and unrelated variety, smart specialisation, regional economic restructuring, regional policy, labour geography, feminist geography, environmental economic geography, etc.PEG welcomes research articles, working with both qualitative and quantitative methods and encourages the development and use of new methods and techniques, original and high-quality empirical and conceptual work of the highest standards of economic geography scholarship, reviews, and short articles, in the form of commentaries, opinion pieces and debates. It also welcomes proposals for special issues. Progress in Planning is a multidisciplinary journal of research monographs with a global readership. It offers an outlet for extended papers in the field of planning. Each issue comprises a single monograph of between 20,000 and 35,000 words. The journal website also offers the opportunity to upload additional material including videos and graphical illustrations. An Official Journal of the European Federation of Sport Psychology (FEPSAC)Psychology of Sport and Exercise is an international forum for scholarly reports in the psychology of sport and exercise, broadly defined. The journal is open to the use of diverse methodological approaches. To be considered for publication, manuscripts must make a substantive theoretical or methodological contribution. Manuscripts that will be considered for publication include results from high quality empirical research, reviews, meta-analyses, reports of professional practice (which need to demonstrate academic rigour and go beyond mere description), registered reports (click here for more details), and commentaries concerning already published PSE papers. Authors should adhere to recognised reporting guidelines for research (e.g., PRISMA guidelines for reviews and meta-analyses; TIDieR guidelines for interventions; CONSORT statement for randomised trials). Registered reports undergo a two-phase review process in which study rationale and methodology are considered prior to the research being undertaken. Authors are welcome to pre-register their study with an external organization (e.g. OSF), but it is not required. Authors interested in submitting replications of published studies need to contact the Editors-in-Chief before they start their replication. Quantitative studies should be theoretically informed and empirical research justified with a-priori power estimates provided (drawing on effects sizes from previous meta-analyses and/or specific papers with designs close to the one authors use). Qualitative studies should address the ontological/epistemo... position and methodological rigour of the study. All manuscripts should be presented as concisely as possible. Authors should consider making available some of their material as supplementary electronic material to keep the overall page limit around 30 pages (8000 words) including references, tables, and figures. If manuscripts are mixed-methods, multiple experiments, complex designs, or include large tables and data sets (qualitative and/or quantitative), authors are requested to provide more information about their rationale for a longer page length (more than 8000 words) for their paper during the review process (e.g., in the cover letter to the Editors). The editorial team will then decide on the appropriateness of a longer page length when considering the submission. All submissions are screened by one of the editors before they are sent out for review to assess their suitability for the journal. Hence, there is no need to contact the editors prior to submission. The editors will also consider short communications for publication and such submissions should be a maximum of 15 pages including abstract (150 words max), main text, references, tables, and figures. Commentaries on published PSE papers should be a maximum of 5 pages, including abstract, references, tables, and figures.

Research Methods in Applied Linguistics is the first and only journal devoted exclusively to research methods in applied linguistics, a discipline that explores real-world language-related issues and phenomena. Core areas of applied linguistics include bilingualism and multilingualism, computer-assisted language learning, conversation analysis, corpus linguistics, critical studies, discourse analysis, forensic linguistics, identity, language assessment, language policy and planning, language and migration, literacy, pragmatics, psycholinguistics, raciolinguistics, second language acquisition, sociolinguistics, teacher education, and translation and interpreting. The journal takes a domain-specific approach and publishes articles investigating current and new methodologies that have been developed for and/or are incorporated into the discipline of applied linguistics and its subdomains. The journal does not exclude submissions investigating methods and tools that are also applicable to, or introduced from, other disciplines, but they must be examined from the perspective of applied linguistics and for the purpose of solving problems in this discipline. The scope of the journal encompasses all aspects of research methods, including research design, data collection, data coding, data analysis, and reporting practices. The journal welcomes research from all paradigms, be they quantitative, qualitative, or mixed, and methods of all kinds, whether they are utilized to observe the occurrence of a phenomenon or behavior, explore correlations, or examine causal relationships.
