Information and Organization
Advances in information and communication technologies are associated with a wide and increasing range of social consequences, which are experienced by individuals, work groups, organizations, interorganizational networks, and societies at large. Understanding the relationships between communication, digital technologies and organizations is an increasingly important and urgent societal and scholarly concern in many disciplinary fields.Information and Organization seeks to publish original articles on the relationships between digital technologies, communication, and organizations. It seeks a scholarly understanding that is based on empirical research and builds novel theoretical contributions. A particular focus of Information and Organization is to publish qualitative and interpretive research which adopts case studies, ethnography and in-depth longitudinal empirical studies, including critical theory and science and technology studies.Papers that provoke critical thinking on important subjects are welcomed, including articles that focus on research impact and contributions to knowledge in our special section (RICK). The aim is to provide a forum that brings together innovative, reflective, and rigorous scholarship while being relevant for practice.Of special interest are contributions on the social construction of information technologies, the implications of digital technologies for innovation and organizational change, alternative organizational designs such as virtual organizations and ecosystems, ICT's for institutional and societal change, global strategy and digitalization, data driven organizations and changes in work, ethics of digital technologies and data governance. The Extractive Industries and Society
The Extractive Industries and Society is the one journal devoted to disseminating in-depth analysis of the socio-economic and environmental impacts of mining and oil and gas production on societies, both past and present. It provides a platform for the exchange of ideas on a wide range of issues and debates on the extractive industries and development, bringing together research undertaken by an interdisciplinary group of social scientists in academia, government, the NGO community and industry. Topics covered by the journal include environmental management at mines and rigs; Corporate Social Responsibility and community development; the environmental and social impacts of artisanal and small-scale mining in developing countries; corruption and the extractive industries; industry reform; the donor community and the extractive industries; climate change and fossil fuel extraction; and taxation and foreign direct investment in the sector. Submissions which draw upon experiences from both developed and developing countries are invited from across the social sciences. Archaeological Research in Asia
Archaeological Research in Asia presents high quality scholarly research conducted in between the Bosporus and the Pacific on a broad range of archaeological subjects of importance to audiences across Asia and around the world. The journal covers the traditional components of archaeology: placing events and patterns in time and space; analysis of past lifeways; and explanations for cultural processes and change. To this end, the publication will highlight theoretical and methodological advances in studying the past, present new data, and detail patterns that reshape our understanding of it. Archaeological Research in Asia publishes work on the full temporal range of archaeological inquiry from the earliest human presence in Asia with a special emphasis on time periods under-represented in other venues. Journal contributions are of three kinds: articles, case reports and short communications. Full length articles should present synthetic treatments, novel analyses, or theoretical approaches to unresolved issues. Case reports present basic data on subjects that are of broad interest because they represent key sites, sequences, and subjects that figure prominently, or should figure prominently, in how scholars both inside and outside Asia understand the archaeology of cultural and biological change through time. Short communications present new findings (e.g., radiocarbon dates) that are important to the extent that they reaffirm or change the way scholars in Asia and around the world think about Asian cultural or biological history.- ISSN: 2352-2267

Published on behalf of the Leibniz Institute for East and Southeast European Studies in collaboration with EACESEconomic Systems is a refereed journal publishing rigorous, policy-relevant research on how institutions, governance structures, and macro-financial policies shape economic outcomes across countries and regions. The journal’s core mission is to advance understanding of the functioning and transformation of real-world economic systems.The journal places particular emphasis on comparative, international, and system-level analysis, with a strong focus on economies undergoing structural change, integration, development, transition, or institutional reform. Contributions typically examine how economic policies and institutional arrangements jointly influence growth, stability, inequality, innovation, and financial development.Economic Systems primarily publishes empirically grounded research using robust quantitative methods, including panel and time-series econometrics, causal identification strategies, and empirically validated structural or semi-structural models.
