Use of storage solutions (like PCM) to improve performance of energy harvesting systems fits the scope of the journal given strong focus on the storage solution properties itself. The Journal of Energy Storage does not accept resubmissions of manuscripts that have previously undergone peer review by the journal and received a rejection decision. This applies to revised, retitled, or otherwise modified versions of the rejected manuscript.
