      Les pneumopathies interstitielles diffuses (PID) constituent un ensemble hétérogène de maladies pulmonaires caractérisées par une atteinte parenchymateuse diffuse, dont les causes ne sont pas toujours identifiées. L’imagerie, en particulier le scanner thoracique, occupe une place centrale pour le diagnostic positif et étiologique des PID, ainsi que pour leur pronostic et leur suivi dans le cadre d’une prise en charge multidisciplinaire.
