Journals in Immunological methods
Journals in Immunological methods
This selection features advanced techniques for studying immune responses, including flow cytometry, ELISA, molecular assays, and imaging. Supporting researchers, diagnosticians, and lab professionals, it emphasizes methodological rigor, reproducibility, and innovation. These resources enable precise immune profiling, biomarker discovery, and the development of diagnostic tools critical for advancing immunology research and clinical practice.
Journal of Immunological Methods
The Journal of Immunological Methods is devoted to covering techniques for:(1) Quantitating and detecting antibodies and/or antigens. (2) Purifying immunoglobulins, lymphokines and other molecules of the immune system. (3) Isolating antigens and other substances important in immunological processes. (4) Labelling antigens and antibodies. (5) Localizing antigens and/or antibodies in tissues and cells. (6) Detecting, and fractionating immunocompetent cells. (7) Assaying for cellular immunity. (8) Documenting cell-cell interactions. (9) Initiating immunity and unresponsiveness. (10) Transplanting tissues. (11) Studying items closely related to immunity such as complement, reticuloendothelial system and others. (12) Molecular techniques for studying immune cells and their receptors. (13) Imaging of the immune system. (14) Methods for production or their fragments in eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. (15) Computational methods including statistical and mathematical methods and computational models for analysis, visualization, and interpretation of results.Submitted full length manuscripts should describe new methods of broad applicability to immunology and not simply the application of an established method - although papers describing such applications may be considered for publication as a short Technical Note. Review articles will also be published by the Journal of Immunological Methods, but these manuscripts are by invitation only.- ISSN: 0022-1759

Autoimmunity Reviews
Autoimmunity Reviews will publish up-to-date, structured reviews on diverse topics in autoimmunity, written by first-class experts in the field. The articles will include demonstrative illustrations and tables and will all have a "take-home" message.Articles will principally be invited by the Editors-in-Chief upon the recommendations of the international Editorial Board, and will cover all fields of autoimmunology, bridging the gap between basic and clinical sciences. Contributions in basic sciences will include those on the pathophysiology and mechanisms of disorders as well as genomics and proteomics; clinical contributions will focus upon the diseases, novel therapies and clinical associations.- ISSN: 1568-9972
