It publishes high impact articles describing original research as well as review articles. It covers all areas of interest relating to clinical radiotherapy and oncology, medical physics, radiation biology, as well as other areas relevant to the radiation oncology community such as education, health policy, environmental and societal sustainability or health economics. The journal has a particular interest in prospective clinical trials or large population-based database analyses. It also looks to publish works related to: clinical radiotherapy and brachytherapy, combined modality treatment (for example with chemotherapy, surgery and immunology), particle therapy, translational and experimental radiotherapy and radiation biology, medical physics, imaging, dosimetry, and radiation therapy planning, data science and artificial intelligence research relevant to radiotherapy.ESTRO members can access Radiotherapy and Oncology online via the members-only section of the ESTRO website.

    • Seminars in Radiation Oncology

      • ISSN: 1053-4296
Each issue of Seminars in Radiation Oncology is compiled by a guest editor to address a specific topic in the specialty, presenting definitive information on areas of rapid change and development. A significant number of articles report new scientific information. Topics covered include tumor biology, diagnosis, medical and surgical management of the patient, and new technologies.
    • Current Problems in Cancer

      • ISSN: 0147-0272
Current Problems in Cancer seeks to promote and disseminate innovative, transformative, and impactful data on patient-oriented cancer research and clinical care. Specifically, the journal's scope is focused on reporting the results of well-designed cancer studies that influence/alter practice or identify new directions in translational and clinical cancer research. These studies can include novel therapeutic approaches, new strategies for early diagnosis, cancer clinical trials, and supportive care, among others. Pre-clinical studies are discouraged. The journal's format also allows, on occasion, for a multi-faceted overview of a single topic via a curated selection of review articles, while also offering articles that present dynamic material that influences the oncology field.Original case reports featuring prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer, supportive care, quality of life and rehabilitation can be submitted to the journal's open access companion title, Current Problems in Cancer: Case Reports.(CPCCR). Any case reports submitted to Current Problems in Cancer (CPC) will be considered for publication in either CPC or CPCCR.
    • The Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation

      • ISSN: 1053-2498
The Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation (JHLT), the official publication of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, brings readers cutting-edge clinical, basic, and translational science in the fields of advanced heart and lung disease, cardio-pulmonary transplantation, mechanical and biological support of the failing heart, pulmonary vascular disease (pulmonary arterial hypertension and CTEPH), extracorporeal support of donor organs, and cell replacement therapy.
    • European Journal of Surgical Oncology

      • ISSN: 0748-7983
Official Journal of the European Society of Surgical Oncology and BASO ~ the Association for Cancer Surgery. The EJSO aims to advance surgical oncology research and practice through the publication of original research articles, review articles, editorials, debates and correspondence. The Editors welcome submissions on clinical research and all other aspects of surgical oncology which advance the care of patients with cancer, including surgical quality control, epidemiology, preventative aspects of surgical oncology, as well as translational research relevant to surgical oncology practice. We offer many author benefits including Your Paper, Your Way (YPYW). YPYW is an easier submission process, focusing on the quality of the science in the initial stages of submission and only requiring elements needed for eventual production at the revision stage. Please refer to the Guide for Authors for further information.

    • Clinical Colorectal Cancer

      • ISSN: 1533-0028
Clinical Colorectal Cancer is devoted to manuscripts that focus on early detection/screening, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of colorectal cancer and other GI cancers, including pancreatic, liver, gastric/gastroesopha... biliary, and other gastrointestinal cancers. The major emphasis is on recent scientific developments and original peer-reviewed manuscripts. Specific areas of interest include original reports on clinical research and/or translational research and translational correlative science that is directly related to clinical trials, in all (multidisciplinary) therapeutic fields that relate to colorectal cancer and other GI cancers.Further areas of interest include original research on drug sensitivity and resistance to cytotoxic agents, targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and other novel therapeutic approaches; pathology, (validated) predictive markers, and prognostic indicators; chemoprevention strategies; and integration of various therapeutic and multidisciplinary approaches. A much lower priority will be given to meta-analyses, pooled analyses, and real-world analyses unless the knowledge gained from such reports is significant and can be applied to clinical practice. In addition, unsolicited reviews are not encouraged unless there has been a discussion with the editor or deputy editors as the journal wants to ensure that reviews will provide real added value and true gain of knowledge.
