The Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology publishes articles of general and practical interest in the field of Dermatology and Venereology on clinical and basic science topics, as well as research with practical implications. The JEADV also publishes: editorials, review and practice articles, original papers of general interest, short reports, case reports, letters to the editor, news items, features and Academy announcements.
While the material published must fulfil the criteria of usefulness and general interest, it must also satisfy the strictest and highest academic, scientific and ethical standards.
