The Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences (JMIRS) is the official bilingual, peer-reviewed journal of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) and international associations across four continents, including the Hong Kong Radiographers Association (HKRA), Society of Medical Radiographers - Malta, Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM), Association Française du Personnel Paramédical d'Electroradiologie (AFPPE), and the Singapore Society of Radiographers (SSR).

Our publications reflect rigorous, internationally standardized methodology and deliver high‑quality research, systematic reviews, and clinical and education perspectives for clinicians, managers, educators, trainees, and radiographers worldwide. JMIRS advances practice across radiography and medical imaging, including radiological, nuclear medicine, MRI, ultrasound, and radiation therapy disciplines, providing an essential platform for Canadian and international professionals to publish, discover, and translate knowledge for a global audience.

The publication is developed under the direction of the JMIRS Editorial Board. The JMIRS is indexed in MEDLINE (PubMed).
