Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery

The Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery (JOGS) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal designed to furnish the surgeon with the latest developments in gastrointestinal surgery. Published twelve times per year, the Journal includes original research publications, short research communications, subject reviews, interesting gastrointestinal images, ‘From the Operating Room’ video surgical descriptions, letters to the editor, and other materials relevant to surgery of the digestive tract. The Journal is the official publication of the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract. JOGS serves as an outstanding forum for continuing education in surgery and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
