ICT Express (Information & Communications Technology Express) is an open-access journal published by the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS).

The journal aims to publish research that advances both theoretical and practical understanding in the following areas:

  • AI and its applications

  • Communications and Networks for B5G and 6G

  • Blockchain and Security

  • Services, Applications, and Emerging topics.

We particularly welcome submissions that contribute to the advancement of ICT technologies and academic knowledge, fostering innovation and practical solutions in the field.

The journal invites original research articles (up to 6 pages in double-column format) that address the unique technical challenges arising from the convergence of ICT disciplines.

ICT Express also strongly encourages the submission of survey and tutorial papers. While there is no formal page limit, we recommend keeping them under 30 pages (double-column format) to ensure clarity and readability.

As an open-access journal, ICT Express provides a high-quality platform with a rigorous yet rapid peer review process, typically completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
