ICT Express, published by the Korean Institute of Communications and Information Sciences (KICS), is an international, peer-reviewed research journal that covers all aspects of information and communications technology.

The journal aims to publish research that advances both the theoretical and practical understanding of AI and its applications, communications and networks for B5G and 6G, blockchain and security, as well as services, applications, and emerging topics.

Submissions that contribute to the advancement of ICT technologies and academic knowledge, fostering innovative research and practical solutions in the field, are strongly encouraged.

ICT Express invites high-quality, original research articles (up to 6 pages, double-column format) that explicitly address the unique technical challenges encountered in the convergence of ICT.

The journal also welcomes survey and tutorial papers, without page limits, although we strongly recommend keeping them under 25 pages (double-column format) for ease of readability.

Each submission will undergo expert peer review.

ICT Express offers authors a high-quality open-access platform with a rapid but rigorous peer review process of 4 to 6 weeks.
