The Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health (ANZJPH) is the official journal of the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA). It is an open access journal, committed to publishing scientifically rigorous, high-quality peer-reviewed public health research. We cover all areas of public health and publish research from any country as long as it is applicable to the Australian and New Zealand context. We strive to provide timely peer review and publish and promote work that will contribute to improving health, wellbeing, knowledge and practice – appealing to a wide readership, including, researchers, practitioners, and policy makers.
