- Addresses the unmet needs and challenges confronted by nanotechnologists to foster collaboration of biologists, chemists, physicists, bioengineers, and clinicians
- Provides an explicit account of vital aspects of PEGylation of these carriers and challenges for effective tumor targeting
- Presents a need-of-hour discussion over regulatory concerns, clinical trials, and patents
2. Vesicular carriers for stimuli-responsive drug delivery to tumours: design considerations
3. Role of dePEGylation in vesicular carriers mediated stimuli-responsive drug delivery to tumours
4. pH-responsive vesicular carriers as promising tools for tumour targeting
5. Enzyme-responsive vesicular carriers as an emerging approach for tumour targeting
6. Redox-responsive vesicular carriers for potential tumour-targeting applications
7. Hypoxia-responsive vesicular carriers for enhanced tumour targeting
