The Role of Infrastructure in Disaster Risk Reduction: Capacity Planning for Feasible Resilience and Risk Management offers a comprehensive disaster-planning framework for seven infrastructure layers: civil, civic, social, environmental, financial, educational and cyber infrastructure.
