    L’écho-Doppler est l’examen d’imagerie effectué en première intention devant une maladie vasculaire. Extrêmement répandu, il n’en demeure pas moins d’un apprentissage délicat. Dans un souci de pédagogie, chaque chapitre suit un plan identique : anatomie, techniques d’explorations, résultats normaux, résultats pathologiques, résultats après gestes de revascularisation les plus fréquents, pièges et limites, l’indispensable dans le compte rendu. Les aspects techniques (réglages, produits de contraste) font l’objet de chapitres dédiés. L’ouvrage est accompagné d’un complément en ligne de 14 vidéos d’écho-Doppler. Ce livre s’adresse aux médecins de toute discipline, et plus largement à tous les « examinateurs » amenés à pratiquer ces examens.
