L’ouvrage est illustré de nombreux exemples concrets de situations auxquelles peut se trouver confrontée une équipe au quotidien (que faire face à une personnalité qui perturbe et/ou remet en cause le fonctionnement de l’institution ? Comment construire un projet de soins collectif au sein d’une équipe ? Que peut apporter l’institution au patient en termes de soutien, de sécurité, de repères, etc. ?). Cet ouvrage s’adresse aux psychiatres, psychologues et psychothérapeutes, aux infirmiers et éducateurs, et plus largement aux professionnels exerçant dans le large champ de la santé mentale, qu’ils soient décideurs et responsables d’institutions ou de structures, personnels de terrain s’occupant de souffrance psychique au quotidien.
