Il est enseignant en institut de formation en masso-kinésithérapie et chargé d’enseignement à l’UFR APS de l’université Rennes 2.Franck Multon est directeur de recherche Inria, il a été professeur à l’université Rennes 2, en STAPS, de 1998 à 2023. Il a co-construit les contenus de cours de biomécanique en STAPS à Rennes, et a été responsable de l’équipe de biomécanique du laboratoire M2S « Mouvement, Sport, Santé ».Vincent Nougier est professeur émérite de l’université Grenoble-Alpes. Il a été responsable de l’équipe de recherche « Santé, Plasticité, Motricité » au sein du laboratoire TIMC et du master STAPS de l’université Grenoble-Alpes. Il a été président de la 74e section du Conseil national des universités (CNU), de 2008 à 2019, et chargé de mission « Sport » au CNRS de 2019 à 2024.
