Majid Montazer
Prof. Majid Montazer is a full Professor at the Amirkabir University of Technology in Iran. He graduated from the Textile Engineering Department of the Amirkabir University of Technology (BSc and MSc degrees in Textile Chemistry and Fiber Science). He received his Ph.D. in 1996 from the Textile Institute at Leeds University, UK. Subsequently, he joined the textile department at the Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran, as an assistant professor in 1998. Prof. Montazer has been the corresponding author for about 400 scientific papers and over 11 books/book chapters published by Elsevier. He has received several rewards as the top-cited author from various journals and publications and has also been recognized as one of the best young authors of the year by Elsevier. He is recognized as the top 2% of world scientists.
