Snober Shabnam Mir
Snober S. Mir is working as Professor and Head, Department of Biosciences, Integral University, Lucknow. Her area of specialization is Molecular and Cell Biology, Cancer Biology and Yeast Biology. She has been a recipient of the Young Scientist Award by IACR during her doctoral studies and a research fellowship of PGIMER. Dr. Mir worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Medical College of Georgia, USA and as Senior Research Associate on a European Commission funded project at CSIR-CDRI, Lucknow. Her research work in cancer biology is funded by DBT, YSS-SERB, CRG-ANRF, ARG-ANRF and SERB-SURE grants. The research group also trains DAAD-RISE interns under the German Academic Exchange Service funded by DAAD-RISE Worldwide.
