Neha Rani Kumar

Neha Rani Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, Dhemaji College, Dhemaji-Assam, India. She received her PhD (2014-2021) in Conjugated Organic Systems and their Applications from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata, West Bengal. Her research interest encompasses conjugated organic systems and porous organic polymers and their applications in environmental remediation. She has authored several publications on porous organic polymers and their applications. She has also been the recipient of several conference and academic awards including S. S. Bhatnagar Young Scientist Award from Indian Chemical Society. She has co-edited a book on Research Methodology for undergraduate students and is currently working on editing a book on Azulene Based Systems: Design, Synthesis and Applications. She has also authored several book chapters published under Nova Science Publishers and Elsevier. Besides that she has been a reviewer of journals from Elsevier and Royal Society of Chemistry. She has guided 24 undergraduate students for their final dissertation project.
