Description

Neuroscience for Sleep Medicine, Part C offers a comprehensive and forward-looking integration of cutting-edge neuroscience with clinical sleep science, bridging molecular, circuit-level, and behavioral perspectives on sleep and its disorders. The volume explores neural mechanisms, cognitive-affective processes, and emerging neurotechnologies that shape both normal sleep and pathological conditions. With a strong translational emphasis, it advances a bench-to-bedside framework that informs precision diagnostics, innovative therapeutics, and future directions in sleep medicine and neuropsychiatry.

Key features

  • Integrates multi-level neuroscience, spanning molecular, circuit, cognitive, and behavioral domains, into a unified framework for understanding sleep and its disorders
  • Emphasizes translational impact by linking neurobiological mechanisms to clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, and therapeutic interventions
  • Showcases cutting-edge advances including neurotechnology, neuromodulation, and explainable AI in sleep diagnostics and treatment

Readership

Best suited for neurologists, psychiatrists, sleep physicians, neuroscientists, psychologists, and advanced trainees working at the intersection of brain science and sleep medicine
