Márcia Balisciano
Márcia Balisciano is the Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Corporate Responsibility at RELX Group, a leading international provider of information-based analytics, decision tools, and events, with nearly 37,000 employees worldwide. In her role, she collaborates with colleagues across the organization to ensure that RELX’s extra-financial performance enhances its competitive advantage and stakeholder confidence. Under her leadership, RELX has achieved notable recognition, including ranking second in Sustainalytics’ sustainability ranking for the media sector among over 250 global peers, and maintaining a AAA sustainability rating from MSCI for nine consecutive years.
Márcia serves as a board member of the Foundation for the UN Global Compact and is a founding board member of the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens. She is also a founding director of Benjamin Franklin House, a London-based museum and educational facility.
She holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a PhD in Economic History from the London School of Economics. Recognized for her contributions, she has been honored as a Member of the British Empire (MBE) by the King.

Christian Leitz
Christian Leitz holds a D.Phil. in Modern History from Oxford University and a BA (Hons) in Humanities from the University of the West of England.
He is currently serving within the UBS Group's Sustainability and Impact organization, where he is responsible for coordinating the company's sustainability reporting and stakeholder management efforts. Christian also acts as the Secretary to the UBS Corporate Culture and Responsibility Committee (CCRC), one of the five Board of Directors committees of UBS Group AG, providing assistance to the Committee’s Chair, UBS Group AG Chairman Colm Kelleher.
In addition, Christian is the head of UBS's Long-Term Archives and serves as the firm's corporate historian, acting as a center of expertise for historical inquiries related to the company.
Throughout his tenure at UBS, which began in 2003, Christian has worked on a wide range of sustainability topics. He is a regular speaker and workshop facilitator on sustainability issues both generally and specifically within UBS.
Prior to his corporate career, Christian taught history at universities in the UK and New Zealand. He has authored and edited six books and has contributed a substantial number of articles and essays to the field.

Carrie Scott
Carrie is an accomplished leader with 30+ years of experience driving sustainability, ESG and social impact strategies. Her background is in corporate communications, reporting and disclosure, and corporate brand management for international organizations.
Carrie built and leads the Sustainability and ESG Office at Novartis, and during her tenure, the company became the only large pharma with a “Double A” in CDP Climate and Water, received a AA-rating from MSCI and rose to #1 in the Access to Medicines Index. Novartis is also recognized by TIME, Financial Times and others as one of the most sustainable organizations globally.
Carrie is a Board member of the United Nations Global Compact Network Switzerland and Lichtenstein. She is a frequent speaker on sustainability, societal impact and purpose.
Carrie has lived in worked in the United States, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois, USA.
