Ning Li
Professor Ning Li is the associate dean of Chinese Materia Medica of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, the "Youth talent" of Liao Ning Revitalization Talents Program, the "Talent of Hundred level" of Liaoning Bai Qian Wan Talents Program, the "Leading talent" of both Shenyang High-Level Talent Program and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. She has focused on the research of chemoprevention of critical diseases, especially the neurodegenerative disease and cancer, through post-transcriptional mechanism on the perspective view of ‘preventive treatment strategy’ of the Traditional Chinese theory. She has hosted seven projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and published more than 120 SCI papers on famous academic journals, born several prizes like the "First Prize of Provincial Science and technology progress award", and obtained the authorization of 20 invention patents.

Liu Yang
Professor Liu Yang, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Pharmaceutical Engineering, the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Engineering Discipline and the Chairman of the Biology and Medicine Discipline at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, P. R. China. He received his Bachelor and Master Degrees from Hunan University, and Doctoral Degree from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Professor Liu has been engaged in innovative research of medicinal chemistry for a long time, leading his group to carry out researches on innovative drugs and modified new drugs for treatment of malignant tumors, diabetes, AD and other major diseases, developing drug preparation technologies suitable for industrial production, and promoting the industrialization of project implementation. He has published over 120 research papers, authored 8 books, and applied for 18 invention patents. He has been selected into the Outstanding Young Scholars in Liaoning Province and the Innovative Talents in Liaoning Province, and has won the first prize for science and technology progresses in Liaoning Province.
