Ewelina Jamróz
Dr. Ewelina Jamróz is a Research Scientist in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Food Technology at the University of Agriculture in Krakow, Poland. She also holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Product Packaging at the University of Economics in Krakow. She is recognized worldwide as the developer of furcellaran-based films, and she is the head of a research team dedicated to the development of materials based on furcellaran. Her expertise extends to collaborations with industry partners interested in implementing furcellaran film production.

Swarup Roy
Dr. Swarup Roy is an assistant professor at the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, School of Agriculture, Lovely Professional University, India. Dr. Roy is an eminent scholar at the Department of Food and Nutrition, Kyung Hee Universiy, Republic of Korea. He previously worked at the School of Bioengineering and Food Technology, Shoolini University, India. He was also a postdoctoral researcher at the BioNanocomposite Research Center, Kyung Hee University and Inha University, Republic of Korea, and a research associate at IIT Indore, India. He obtained PhD in biochemistry from University of Kalyani as a DST INSPIRE fellow. His research work is focused on the preparation and application of biopolymer-based functional composite material for active and intelligent packaging applications.
