Sajith Thottathil Abdulrahman
Sajith Thottathil Abdulrahman is a senior researcher at Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam, Malaysia. He was formerly an Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering at the Cochin University of Science and Technology, India. His doctoral thesis is about the development of flexible materials for neutron radiation protection. He holds an M.Tech degree in Nanotechnology and a B.Tech degree in Mechanical engineering. His areas of research include nanotechnology, mechanical engineering, materials engineering and polymer composites. He published several books and journals in international journals and conferences.

Professor Sabu Thomas is currently the Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University and Director of the School of Energy Materials. He is also a full professor of Polymer Science and Engineering at the School of Chemical Sciences of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the Founder Director and Professor of the International and Interuniversity Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. Prof. Thomas has received international acclaim for his work in Nanoscience, Polymer Science and Engineering, Polymer Nanocomposites, Elastomers, Polymer Blends, Interpenetrating Polymer Networks, Polymer Membranes, Green Composites and Nanocomposites, Nanomedicine and Green Nanotechnology.

Zakiah Ahmad
Prof. Dr Zakiah Ahmad is the Dean of faculty and Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Mara. Zakiah specialises in timber engineered composite and nano-polymer composites. She has secured and leads more than 50 research grants worth more than Euro 5 million. Dr. Ahmad has published more than 300 papers in journals and proceedings and 8 books. She has received several gold and silver awards for her research projects at national and international research competitions. She is the recipient of the following awards: Top Research Scientist Malaysia, Standard Malaysia Award, Best researcher award, Gold consultant award and Best academic. Dr. Ahmad is also active in giving keynote papers at numerous seminars and conferences at national and international level. Zakiah has served as consultant, committee member and advisor to numerous public agencies and institutions. She also has been appointed as visiting scientist at BRE Research Institute, University of Bath, United Kingdom and tje Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, School of Chemical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University India.
