Dr. Hamid Tohidi is currently an Associate Professor at the Industrial Engineering Department, IAU – South Tehran Branch, Iran. His research focuses on the application of operations research to HSE performance evaluation, reliability analysis, production planning, and organizational optimization. Dr. Hamid Tohidi is a specialist in Operations Research and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Performance Management, applying advanced optimization models to industrial safety, environmental protection, and risk control systems. His work integrates project allocation, production and facility planning, reliability, marketing, organizational behavior, finance, R&D, and compliance with international HSE standards (ISO 45001, IOGP, OSHA). Former international research scholar at Western New England University, USA (2015–2016), with extensive teaching in industrial engineering and engineering management.
