Ding Lieyun

Professor Ding Lieyun, based at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is one of China’s leading experts in civil engineering and construction management. He has long been engaged in research on digital construction theories and technologies. Professor Ding Lieyun proposed the "energy-coupling" theory for engineering safety risks, established the "identification-warning-control" technical system for subway engineering safety risks, developed key technologies for the integrated construction of digital rail transit projects, and constructed lean quality control models, standards, and platforms for engineering projects. Professor Ding Lieyun has been awarded two National Science and Technology Progress Awards
