Robert JT Morris
Dr. Robert JT Morris is Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Strategist for the Ministry of Health Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) in Singapore, and currently Professor, National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. His current focus is on the application of computer and information sciences, including AI, to transform healthcare. Robert was head of all Global Labs for IBM Research until 2017. He was Chairman, Bay Area Science and Innovation Consortium (BASIC), comprising heads of major research institutions in Silicon Valley. He has published over 100 scientific articles and been awarded 14 patents, was Editor IEEE Transactions on Computers, received the Australian American Fulbright and Gowrie Fellowships, PICMET Leadership in Technology Management Award, Fellow IEEE, IBM Academy of Technology, Government University Industry Research Roundtable (US National Academies).
