Dr. Pal holds M Sc. and Ph D degrees in Human Physiology from Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal and Diploma in Ergonomics from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. As a keen researcher and a thorough academic, Dr. Pal has developed seven technologies, transferred to Industrial partner for commercialization and most of the technologies used by Central Armed Police Force (CAPF). Dr. Pal has published about 60 publications in peer reviewed journals/conference proceedings and protected 19 intellectual properties through Design registration, patent and copy right.
