Subsequently, the reliability and resilience of infrastructure systems consisting of interacting multiple components are considered, with an emphasis on the wide applicability of reliability and resilience theories in engineering practice.
- Systematically introduces the concept, mathematical formulation, application and comparison of reliability and resilience for civil structures and infrastructure systems
- Provides clear analysis of the inherent relationship between reliability and resilience
- Explores next-generation resilience-based design methods
Researchers, postgraduate research students (e.g., PhD, or M.Phil.) and engineers in civil engineering
