Dr. Kalicharan Sharma working as Professor at Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab, India. He has done Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Jamia Hamdard in Computer aided drug design and Medicinal Chemistry. He has more than 12 years of teaching and industrial research experience. He has published more than 90 research papers and review articles in many reputed international journals. He has worked for industry in synthetic organic chemistry division and worked for chemistry optimization for critical reactions. He has developed some green chemistry methodology to reduce the consumption of bad sample. He has been recipient of award of CSIR-SRF, ICMR-SRF, DBT-JRF fellowship and 04 best paper awards at national and international conferences. He has developed one marketed formulation COROQUIL-Zn for SARS CoV2 treatment. He is also advisor to two US based companies.
