David S. Goldstein
David S. Goldstein, MD, PhD, has devoted more than a half century to conducting patient-oriented research in autonomic and catecholamine-related disorders, including a long career as Senior Investigator in Divisions of Intramural Research at the National Institutes of Health. He has made foundational contributions to catecholamine measurement, autonomic testing, and clinical characterization of autonomic disorders. His work has uniquely integrated basic neurochemistry, human physiological experimentation, and clinical investigation.

Graeme Eisenhofer
Graeme Eisenhofer, PhD, is internationally recognized for his pioneering work in catecholamine biochemistry, metabolomics, and the diagnostic evaluation of pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma. His research has defined modern biochemical testing for catecholamine-secreting tumors, particularly through the development and validation of plasma free metanephrine measurements using high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry–based platforms. Beyond tumor diagnostics, his work has advanced understanding of catecholamine metabolism, enzymatic pathways, and translational biomarker development. Dr. Eisenhofer brings deep expertise in analytical methodology, clinical chemistry, and endocrine neurobiology, ensuring rigorous coverage of biochemical mechanisms and their direct clinical applications.
