Justin B Leaf

​Justin Leaf, Ph.D., is the Executive Director for Autism Partnership Foundation and the Progressive Behavior Analyst Autism Council, the Associate Director for ABA Doctoral Studies at Endicott College, and the Executive Director for Contemporary Behavior Consultants. Justin received his doctorate degree in Behavioral Psychology from the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas. His research interests include Progressive ABA, improving behavioral intervention, social behavior, and methodologies to improve the lives of autistic/individuals diagnosed with ASD. Justin has over 140 publications in either peer reviewed journals, books, or book chapters and has presented at both national and international professional conferences and invited events. Justin has served on numerous editorial boards for behavior analytic and autism journals. Justin career has been dedicated to improving the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and lives of Autistic individuals

Amy Bukszpan

​Amy Bukszpan, Ph.D., is the founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Bukszpan Behavior Consultants. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctorate Level & Licensed NY State Behavior Analyst. Amy received her MS in Early Childhood Special Education and advanced degree in Behavior Analysis from Hunter College and received her doctorate in Behavior Analysis from the Institute of Behavioral Studies at Endicott College under the mentorship of Dr. Justin Leaf. Her research emphasis is on compassionate care and training, focusing on behavioral artistry and rapport building. Amy has published chapters and articles in peer reviewed journals and worked in homes, schools, day-habilitation, and developmental centers. A highlight of her career, Amy worked with a team of clinicians to increase access to non-institutional long-term services for adults living in developmental centers and was a clinical leader at a national ABA therapy company writing training curriculum for ABA professionals.

James O’Brien

Jimmy O’Brien is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed New York State Behavior

Analyst. He has been promoting, teaching, and practicing a radical behavioral perspective of

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since the early 1990s. Through the decades, Jimmy

has held various positions including, one-to-one paraprofessional, teacher assistant, ABA

therapist, Clinical Supervisor of Education and Therapy at the Carbone Clinic, behavior curriculum specialist, and private consultant. He has

provided consultation to various schools, homes, and day/residential programs. Jimmy

has worked across the lifespan of individuals, as well as numerous diagnoses. He has

helped develop many ABA classrooms, curriculums, assessments, protocols, and

trainings for parents and professionals. Jimmy’s pedological philosophy is that learning should be focused, functional,

and fun!
