Jackie has also served as an instructor at the Minnesota Northland Technical College in the medical clerical and medical assistant programs. Jackie is employed by a large medical health system as a Senior Coder III and Reimbursement Specialist, specializing in multi-specialty coding and multi-payer denial review in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
