Tarek Saadawi
Prof. Tarek N. Saadawi earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Cairo University in 1973 and 1975, respectively, and his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland in 1980, all in Electrical Engineering. Since then, he has been with the Electrical Engineering Department at The City University of New York, City College, where he currently directs the Center of Information Networking and Telecommunications (CINT) and teaches courses on network security, computer networks, and communications systems. His research interests include telecommunications network security, high-speed networks, and mobile ad-hoc networks. He has published extensively in these areas and co-edited the books "Cyber Infrastructure Protection" and "Fundamentals of Telecommunication Networks."
Dr. Saadawi has been involved in various professional activities, including co-chairing the NSF Workshop on Cyber Security in Cairo and serving on the Consortium Management Committee for the Army Research Lab. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a former Technical Editor for IEEE Communications, and has received the IEEE Region 1 Award. Additionally, he co-founded the IEEE Symposium on Computers and Communications and has participated in US government delegations to improve rural communications in Algeria and develop a telecommunications master plan for Egypt.

Roshan Raman
Dr. Roshan Raman is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at NorthCap University since July 2017. He completed his Ph.D. in alternative fuels and IC engines from Delhi Technological University (previously DCE). He has more than 9 years of teaching and research experience. He is a Member of the SAE and ASME professional society. His areas of interest are thermal engineering, IC engines, alternative fuels, HMT, RAC and renewable energy. He has supervised 1 M. Tech and 15 B.Tech. theses in various domains of mechanical engineering. He is Editor in various journals such as Heat Engines (specialty section of Frontiers in Thermal Engineering), Frontiers in Energy Research (SCIE), Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part E: Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering (SCIE), International Journal of Transportation Engineering and Technology (IJTET), and International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development (IJMPERD).

Sharda Vashisth
Prof. Sharda Vashisth is serving as the Deputy Dean for International Affairs, in addition to heading the Multidisciplinary Engineering Department. She is a self-directed, action-oriented professional with 28 years of experience in education with high energy, enabling maximum and efficient work under pressure. Seven times “Best Teacher” awardee, Prof. Sharda Vashisth, is dedicated, resourceful and a goal-driven educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every student.
She has been instrumental in setting up the Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC) Lab in association with ISRO and is working on various projects with ISRO scientists. She has mentored a research project funded by the Department of Science & Technology, Govt of India. She has authored a book titled Digital Electronics and Devices which is helpful in setting up the foundation for ECE and CSE design engineers.
She has guided four PhD scholars and is currently guiding 8 more. She has published 80+ research papers in international journals and conferences and has chaired technical sessions in various IEEE and springer conferences and has been the technical program committee member of various conferences. She holds 12 patents, either published or granted in her name.

Pooja Sabherwal
Dr Pooja Sabherwal has done her Ph.D in the field of ECG Signal Processing. For her MTech, she did her thesis on VHDL Modelling and Simulation of FFT/IFFT Processor and has teaching experience of more than 17 years. She has guided eight MTech dissertations and several BTech projects based on, IoT, Verilog, VHDL Modelling, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing. Currently, she is guiding six PhD scholars in the field of Signal and Image processing, Energy Harvesting, Internet of Things and cloud computing.
She has published more than 30 research papers in national and international conferences and SCI journals. She is awarded one German patent and two patents are published under her name. Her area of interest are ECG Signal Analysis, Embedded systems, Signal Processing, Filter Design and Anlaysis, Wavelet Transform, Internet of Things, Energy Harvesting for IOT devices. She was awarded best paper award in ICEIT conference on advances in mobile communications, networking and computing held on 16-17 April , 2015. She is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Engineers and an active member of IEEE Society. She is selected as Women in Signal Processing for IEEE Signal processing society, Delhi Chapter. She has completed the project of Rs 18.15 Lakhs funded by Department of Science & technology, Government of India. Dr Sabherwal has been awarded as Mentor Innovation Ambassador by Ministry of Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, India. She is actively involved in counselling and guiding students for entrepreneurship activities. She has been also awarded as innovation ambassador by Ministry of Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, India. Many students have won the laurels in Toycathon 2021, Smart India hackathon 2022, Innothon 2021 under her guidance.Dr Sabherwal is Programme Coordinator(B.Tech ECE) and Department coordinator. She has contributed significantly in the development of the Department’s laboratories and lab manuals. She is handling various responsibilities in University. She is faculty advisor of Sapient Club and SPIE society. Many events/workshops/ guest lectures/webinars for the Sapient Club and SPIE society are conducted under her mentorship.
