Dr. Rohit Bhatia carries a vast experience of 12 years in academics, administration and research. He has specialization in Medicinal Chemistry, Computer aided Drug Designing and Bioanalysis. His areas of interest include anticancer drug discovery and paper-based microfluidics. He has published more than 145 review and research articles in various international and national journals. He has published more than 12 book chapters. He has delivered more than 20 guest lectures as a speaker on various topics. He has qualified GPAT exam four times. He has guided 32 postgraduate students and 6 Ph.D students. He is a potential reviewer in various international reputed journals. He was the brand ambassador of Bentham science during 2019 and 2024. He has also participated and presented his research work at various national and international conferences. He has been granted with 12 patents by government of India. Recently he has got a grant of 20 lac by MSME, India for the development of point of care device for detection of glucose in human saliva. He has been awarded with Young Scientist Award twice at international platforms. He has also authored Six books.
