Debasmita Bhattacharya
Dr. Debasmita Bhattacharya is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Basic Science and Humanities at the Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, India. Dr. Bhattacharya obtained her Masters and Doctoral degree in Cellular, Molecular and Integrative Physiology, Faculty of Health from York University. She did her Post-Doctoral fellowship in an eminent lab at York University. She has proven research expertise in stem cell biology, health science, cellular physiology, and cancer biology. Bhattacharya has disseminated her research through several International peer reviewed journal articles, at top tier academic conferences in Canada. One of her publications is in Nature Communications (IF: 17.694) and has been appreciated by eminent scholars in the field. She had worked as a Teaching Assistant at York University and Professor at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Canada in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine Departments.
