He received an engineering degree in Information Systems from the National Technological University (Argentina) 2003. He holds a Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery Specialty from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2007 and a High-Performance and Grid Computing Specialty from the National University of La Plata (Argentina) in 2012. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National University of La Plata in 2012. He is a former VP of the IEEE CIS Argentina Chapter, a Former Full Professor with the National University of La Pampa (Argentina), and an Honorary Professor with the Amity Institute of Information Technology (India).

He has been working on processor, platform and system architecture for the course of the last 18 years. He joined Intel 2008 as processor architect for the high-end server CPUS. From 2012 Francesc has been leading edge platform architectures as well as driving other pathfinding activities in the area of system architecture. Cesc has 500 granted plus filed patents. Cesc holds a PhD in compute architecture with more than 65 publications in international conferences and journals.

He received a Candidate of Science (Ph.D.) Degree in Information Systems Analysis from the Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunication (Russia) in 2008 and defended a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) degree in Computer Systems Analysis from the Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University (Russia) in 2022. Dmitry is an author of numerous scientific papers and books and previously worked as an associate professor at Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunication.
